hi guys just thought id throw this out there
im a fitness specialist from melbourne and have worked with both hodge and judd in regards to fitnees and injury management, although chris judd has just about done everything a footballer could do. my opinion is that he is in the 2nd half of his career. think of it as burning a candle, the hotter it burns the quicker it runs out of flame. judds body is well know for its explosiveness which takes its toll on the legs, ussually the groins are the first things to go along with the hamsrtings give another 50 or so games judd will start to get calf and lower back complaints which will slow and eventually stop his career.

hodge on the other hand is alot more durable and like a deisel engine doesnt go as hard yet will go for a longer period of time.

hawthorn knew this and thats why the drafted hodge because they knew the club would be in for a rebuild int the next 3-5 yrs and they were right as hodge is just starting to hit his potential as an athlete where judds legs are abouth that of a 28-30 yr old and will start to break down.

well there you go.....now we have it as fact that by the end of their careers hodge will far surpass anything that judd will have done.:D

i know its not the hawks board, but im pretty sure the thread is about Luke Hodge and Chriss Judd. correct me if im wrong.

im pretty sure that both of those playees dont come into the MFC at all, so stop posting your crap here, unless you wanna talk about the future of hawthorn and melbourne, because im happy to tell you how shit your club is, and will be in the next 5 years.

And what's funny is you keep going on about them. I haven't seen a great performance from any of those players in the last couple of weeks of last season.

And considering only Campbell Brown got in the All-Aus team, I think you should stop raving, put your head down and wait for next season.

Mooney was in the AA team, Franklin was not.
