I’m an international AFL fan and I’ve been trying to watch the 2007 and 2009 GFs but I can’t find it anywhere.

The WatchAFL service only have from 2012 onwards, there isn’t a video on YouTube and the torrent options don’t have enough seeds to download them. Ive found them on Kayo but even with my VPN on, I can’t watch it because i’m outside Australia.

Also, if you know of any place where I can watch the 2007, 2009 GFs, it would be of great help already, even if I have to pay for the service (that’s how desperate i’m lol).

Do you have any access to Kayo? I think a lot of old GFs are on there.

no, I can’t access it because i’m not in Australia. Even using my VPN on Australia won’t help it because it detects it.

This is just really stupid, I can’t watch anywhere else but somehow I’m still blocked from watching it

AFL website has grand finals from 2012 onwards

Anything older I just search youtube "AFL Grand Final 19XX/20XX"

I did that exactly, and i’ve watched pretty much all GFs from the 780/80/90s but couldn’t find the 2007 & 2009 GFs for some reason, the 2011 is there though.

I would love to know myself if there are sites or links to Vintage VFL Grand Final and games from say before 1950s.

I think the Oldest surviving footage is a clip from a Carlton v South Melbourne game in the 1920s.

Here's the news coverage or documentaries of
1937:
1939:
1947:
1949:
1950:
1951:

None of these are the whole game.
As far as I know, coverage of the whole game was not recorded.
