Word from the Coreen League Prelim Final today is that the 4 remaining clubs (coly, rennie, billabong and cdu) met with NSW AFL and have been given little option other than crossing to the Hume League. Looks like it's going to happen now regardless of Hume clubs' opposition.

and :thumbsu: Osborne will not lose another game thats my tip and jindera to upset howlong :D

Sorry D.I.Y. Man but I think Osborne are gone. Watched Culcairn destroy them yesterday. Lions had winners all over the ground. Believe they have belted them three times now. My tip is a Culcairn / Howlong Grand Final with a pretty close result, mabe even an upset.;)

Yer seen the game they were very good your right had winners all over the ground harty and co would be starting to sweat now maybe older leg and experience is no match for hunger and desperation cul no doubt are favourites so they should be to , been the form team .:thumbsu: But in saying that i honestly thought osborne would win with there finals record maybe its the sign of things to come :D

Is Jindera a chance against Osborne?
It would be great to have an Osborne free Grand Final for a change.
I think they have contetsed every one except 2 since 1990.

Without going over the top i think the boys from Jindera deserve a massive pat on the back for the way they have handled themselves all year and in particularly the last two weeks. Their young kids have come on tenfold in the last month and are just taking the game on and grabbing it by the balls. The ability of their young blokes to stand toe-to-toe with opponents some times twice their age is impressive. I think if they continue to run hard and be accountable they are every chance to knock Osbourne off this week. And I agree hornet it would be good to see a GF without Osbourne in it.

Congrats to the Jindera boys. Solid win without buckets Lezius playing. Im sure Robbie Murray will get out there this weekend and finally get a look at his team for next year.
Any thoughts on the Azzi? Is Gilson the favourite?

Gilson should probably be favourite, but in all honesty if someone of his ability didnt win or go close to winning the league medal they would have had a very big fall in class. He would be a handy recruit for someone like the Raiders i'd reckon. What other players do people think could or should have a crack at O&M next season ?

My tip is the big ruckman from walla whiterod and Gilon to be one two in a close vote count thats my tip:thumbsu:

nah whiterod didnt play enough games, he only came 3rd in Walla's b&f, Lukey Kohlhagen's a shot at it though

I wouldn't count Howlong's ruckman, Steve Murphy out. He had a blinder of a year, getting touches all over the ground. He took is form into the finals as well, getting named BOG by a long way in their loss to Osborne.

You're a hard man Gun Recruit - you don't just walk into the Hume League and expect to win a Medal. Surely his on field leadership is enough to suggest he still has a bit of class about him. I don't think the Azzi will be all that big on his things to do list in the next week or so, there's probably more important things on his mind....

My tip for the azzi medal is many edmunds! He is the only shinning light out at holbrook and wins plenty of the ball. Also being the coach the umpires are aware of who he is!

i take it by this sarcasm that graham fruean is still the pisshead he was when i last left albury, and an investment strategist, the only investment he has ever made has been at the front bar at the star!! but seriously is he getting a kick?????

He's going alright. The Roi Bar and The Star are counting down the days until the Hume League Finals are over - turnover has been dismal for the last month. Fruey's taken a big step forward this year with his footy and has been a big contributer to Culcairn's success.
