This complaining about political correctness gone mad is a crusade too mate.
I don't even care that much about Smart's morals. I think it's tasteless considering Smart's age and marital status. I'm more annoyed his shitposting happened in a manner that left our club open to criticism though. The internet affords people a degree of anonymity and this ****wit goes and uses his official account. He should be fired for sheer stupidity.

I could give two shits about his moral code or lack thereof or hey maybe you think, "Nigel Smart, DTF!" but either way, he's a public figure in a position of responsibility at a football club that has drastically underdelivered in recent times. It’s about what is acceptable in public geared against your position. I [redacted] often, but not in front of my partner, who, I reckon, has a fair idea that I do a lot of it. Different roles require different standards. Smart should be gone. Should never have been employed in the first place. But should definitely be sacked.

How else can Smart's comment be interpreted? Her height is right for what exactly? Who the hell compliments a women on their height in the first place? Who goes on social media and compliments other women when they're married with kids?
You are the only person in this thread who doesn't think it was a dodgy comment. Even the guy who complained about the dawn service waking him up thinks it was on the nose.

I‘m actually a bit of a liar. I do [redacted] in front of the missus if I’m certain she’s asleep. I’m known amongst my friends as describing long distance driving in terms of cranks. Alice to Adelaide is a 3 crank trip. Bed to toilet in the morning, that’s a 1 crank trip. Mt G to Adelaide, and return, so far a consistent 1 cranker.

Smart might have a thing for her on many different levels,i don't know and don't care, but the fact you believe it's inappropriate becuase you can only see it as sexual is what i was finding incredibly ridiculous, especially in the context of who the person is, what they do and the question being asked.
