Picturing Vossy working under Buckley makes me feel physically sick.

Hopefully Voss can help get us a good deal for Karnezis with some inside suggestions....then stick him in the VFL.
Heard today from a mate of mine that works for channel 7, that word around the 'media' is that
1. There will be a spill of the board in the coming days
2 That Voss will then be re-instated
My mate was adamant that Voss was going to be re-instated only if the board was removed

2 That Voss will then be re-instated and then we double back and sack him a year later once a better coach says he "may be" interested, only to find the coach had "some" interest in us, who has since then gone from "some" interest to "no" interest.. and.. and.. ermm.. lets sack the board, CEO, any other clown who is involved in this whole process.. aaaaarrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhh my eyes.. my poor little eyes reading thread after thread after thread about all these players wanting to leave....... ok i am going to bed now.

I just can't see the Voss return happening but would be over the moon if it did. Unlike some, I believe that with Matthews on the Board, Conlon as CEO, Angarse gone, Vossy would actually be in a better, stronger postion to take us forward. It would certainly give him a mandate to sort out the sooks on the list. Mistakes and errors of judgement happen. The Board f*^ed up and need to fix the f*^ing mess they created on the assumption of Roos the saviour.

Angus has got to know now that no matter how many promises he makes, he's now toast. The Lions favourite son heading over to one of their most hated enemies is just too much for anyone to forgive.

Listening to Triple M this morning Luke Darcy asked Eddie if Voss was coming to Collingwood. Eddie paused slightly then denied and said he wasn't aware of it. Darcy then went on to say by the look on Eddie's face that it musn't be true. At the time I didn't think anything of it.
Looking back now after reading the above Darcy did sound a bit sheepish after it and said he must of made it up instead of referring to the above two sources.
Take from it what you will..... I am hoping the denial is true and he isn't going to Collingwood

To me that suggests that Collingwood have made an offer, but Voss hasn't accepted it yet. Eddie is trying not to lie and not hurt Voss' chances of signing by 'leaking' the story too soon.
Voss was adamant on Sunday that he had no offers in front of him, obviously a bit has transpired since then with the moving on of several assistants at a few clubs.
I really want the Revo Sti option to come into play, but it's a pipe dream.

Can't believe I haven't been following this gem thread.
What if he is to be a mole? Having had his chance of humiliating Collingwood on field taken away, he now begins the deconstruction from within.

Guessing a Lions vs [insert name of whichever team Voss is senior coach of at the time] GF loss would not work so well for you then? Would you feel 'better' having lost to Voss' team rather than say a Buckly or a Hird team?

On a different vein. When I first mentioned Voss 'contract not being renewed' she looked at me with uncomprehending eyes and said "But Voss is Boss" ... no irony. When I mentioned the rumour about him and the Pies' senior assistant she said well then she would have to start supporting them ... in follow up questioning it turns out that way back when she saw someone in a shirt saying Voss is Boss (back when he was a player) and it stuck with her enough to be a core plank of her football thinking (and no she doesn't actually follow it except through my (sometimes extended) commentary...

The majority of Voss's players loved him, can't say the same for Nutty Nafan if whispers are even remotely true.
