have u noticed that it doesn't really get any harder to bat on the last day? ive scored 400 on the last day to win a test match and had similar stuff happen against me.

also im just about the face zimbabwe, im thinking ill have a look at Jaques who is apparently good in the game though i aint played him yet.

* P.Jaques - is awesome in Test Matches - a bit slow in ODI games.
* S.Watson - a gun, a must have in both forms of the game.
* C.White - if you persist with him, he gets better.
* M.Clarke - gun in ODI, no good in Tests.
* A.McDonald - is a fixture in my ODI teams.
* D.Hussey - good in both forms.

If you have a county team, get THILAN SAMERAWEERA.

While he is a flat track bully in real life, first year he averaged 50 with the bat and 20 with the ball for Sri Lanka. Awesome pick up.

Have tried to use the keygen, but can't even download it. Anyone like to generate a key for me and post it?
Same here, too.

Won't let me download it.

If someone wants to be kind and get me a generated key, that'd be awesome.

A. McDonald who is an absoloute gun got injured and is out for 4 weeks :(

He is a gun in ODI's makes 40s just about every time and averages 23.91 with the ball and in Tests a good batter, made 67 once and averages 31.46 with the ball.

Am gonna find another bowler

BTW - Rojers can't bat in tests, am yet to try him out in ODIs.

Slater is a must in the tests IMO.

Hodge does pretty well for me. Post your regular lineups guys. i somehow lost a test o zimbabwe :| they had 2 centurians in the first innings and one in the 2nd

i batted well in the first, Langer and Hodge got bout 160. Hodges was off about 200 balls only. he just started smacking em on command. didnt bat well in the 2nd

my usual test lineup is

Test:

Langer
Hayden
Ponting
Martyn (has permanently taken Martyn's spot)
Watson
Hodge (only recently, i have experimented with Clarke, M.Hussey and Symonds in this spot)
Gilchrist
Gillespie (he is a top batsman)
Lee (though Bracken sometimes has his spot)
MacGill (decent batsman 2 suprisingly
McGrath

Warne has retired but when he was playing i'd look at the pitch and play Warne and one of Bracken Lee or MacGill.

One Dayers:

Gilchrist
Hayden
Ponting
Katich (though he is 2 slow, may need a replacement but is a gun in Tests)
Hodge
Clarke
Watson
Gillespie
Bracken
MacGill
McGrath

same deal with bowlers in ODIs but i tend to pick Bracken n open the bowling with him and McGrath cos Bracken is cheap but dun get many wickets unfortuantly.

Symonds sometimes gets a bat, M.Hussey 2

may try Jaques

Oh yes.

I've had three county games go down to the wire, that was the latest one. First one I set a team 280 in 2 sessions and 30 mins, and I took the last wicket with 5 overs left.

Second one, similar target, they needed 5 runs with one over left, only get three, I celebrate the draw and then notice the clock hasn't ticked over to 6 o'clock and I have to bowl another one

yes, martyn is a struggler at the highest order for me unfortuantly. may give him one more chance though but Katich is doing very well atm

Has anybody else had the game crash for no reason during a game?? It's happened to me a few times lately, and i lost my first saved game because of it.
I'm thinking it may have something to do with my Video Card because a few other games have crashed lately too.... anybody got any suggestions? Cheers

Happened to me just then.

Shattered.

I installed it, but it completely slowed up my computer. My cookies stuffed up somehow as well. At first I didn't blame the game, but I uninstalled it and the PC ran better, then installed it again. Ran crap again.

I think the game might be carrying some sort of bug. Higher chances of that if it keeps crashing.

Post your regular lineups guys.

Test lineup

M.Hayden
P.Jaques
R.Ponting (c)
D.Hussey
S.Watson
A.Gilchrist (k)
I.Bent - 22yo off-spining all rounder
C.White
B.Lee
J.Gillespie
S.Tait

*M.Cosgrove is my top reserve bastman.
* Inness my top reserve bowler

When I tour, I tend to take 1 young Batsman and 1 young bowler and play them in the tour matches for experience. It has helped Bent's development to the point where he is averaging 52 with the bat and 31 with the ball in his short career (14 tests) todate.

ODI Lineup

M.Hayden
A.Gilchrist (k)
R.Ponting
D.Hussey
S.Watson
M.Clarke
C.White
G.Winston - 20yo SLA all rounder
B.Lee
J.Gillepsie
M.Inness

* I switch Winston with D.Copperfield (19yo RF All Rounder) depending on the type of pitch. Copperfield is going to be a gun.
* I rotate Tait in by resting Lee, Gillepsie & Inness when tired.

Warnie was nightwatchman (unsuccessful too).

I declared on that - won by an innings and 150 odd.
