That total should be a lot more competitive than England's total of 248 in the first ODI, still may not be enough though.

Yep I dont think Englands bowling stocks are as good without Archer . India chased down 300+ on this ground when they last played on this ground 5 years ago or so.

That's one way to stop India from winning, a floodlight failure, they should get back out there though once they fix the generator.
Going the full 50 overs was the only challenge for India. Will be an easy win now.

Temba Bavuma (c), Corbin Bosch, Tony de Zorzi, Marco Jansen, Heinrich Klaasen, Keshav Maharaj, Aiden Markram, David Miller, Wiaan Mulder, Lungi Ngidi, Kagiso Rabada, Ryan Rickelton, Tabraiz Shamsi, Tristan Stubbs, and Rassie van der Dussen. Travelling reserve: Kwena MaphakaRickelton, De Zorzi, RVD has decent SA20 campaigns. Surprised Brevis didnt a late call out.......... David Miller and Klaasen give you the batting power in the middle order.
Their bowling can cause trouble but if the wickets turn out to be spin friendly wickets Shamsi and Maharaj can trouble any good batting side.
