AFL’s concussion expert was a doctor facing nine counts of plagiarism and worked with the AFL whilst under a ban from practicing.

Looking forward to 13 social media posts in a 24 hour period about it, Robbo and Gerard in tears over the AFL’s failure to protect players, every channel dragging the league. Someone let me know when it starts.

I'm sure his 'scripts got the boys at AFL house what they needed.

Ironic that the player out from concussion was Ben McKay who copped a kne to the back of the head from a team mate trying to take a specky. Then all of this fuss about Rioli ttying to take a chest mark. This is a difficult situation to police and say honestly that the head is sacrosanct in the competition. Certainly a problem best left to smarter and better qualified people than Robbo and bloody Whately……and throw in that goose Barrett too

If Duursma was playing ~15-20 years earlier he would have protected himself there expecting the bump, now he attacks full-on with head down assuming the other player will clumsily pull-up and he'll just run into them and "earn" a free kick.

Robinson needs to have an option other than bracing for contact, that doesn't result in a free kick against.
It’s like some of the old time cricketers saying modern players are getting hit in the head more because helmets make them complacent.

Interesting to hear(well it wasn’t really) that sour old windbag Wilson apologise for her comments last week about the Eagles not taking covid seriously because she admitted she listened to someone she shouldn’t have and admitting she should have called BIg Trev before sprouting her garbage.. SImpson called it out on radio last night.
However she couldn’t resist bringing up the bloody jumper issue again.

Such an unprofessional windbag. How does she continue to get airtime?

If there's anything that can be gleaned from the continued career of Tom Browne, it's that getting a gig in the footy media (non-ex-player division) is all about who you know.
The only other way in is to be a dirtbag weasel of the highest order (see Hutchinson, Barrett, etc.)
Or in the case of Tom Morris, both!

The problem for me with Wilson is 90% of what she talks about is off-field stuff and almost nothing on actual footy. She is a muck raker (although she often does shine a light on some issues covered up by clubs and AFL) but it is all negative griping about something. Fair enough when there is a real issue but even when there isn't, she manufactures some non-issue.

Fox footy eh. Really love sticking the boots into us. Must be some jaded campaigner
