Nope warren and edwards have been solid up forward, Thomas, Petrie and Hale have been dissapointing to say the least. Although Thomas seemed to benefit from being pushed up onto the wing for periods.

where is the option to drop a tall - say hale, and go with a forward line of Jones, Warren and Edwards ??
The Zebra loves Hales and has suggested that Big Men Take Time so he is prepared to give him all the time he needs. Dean Laidleys seems to concur.:thumbsu:

I don't see why Corey should only come in for either Edwards or Warren?

I just think it's very narrow minded of Laidley to think that way.
I was waiting for someone to come up with this arguement. Narrow Minded Indeed. Dean Laidleys can coach.:thumbsu:

I'm all for Laidley playing the kids, but I still think Jones deserves another go. He showed us over a long period of time that he is a class player, capable of being an elite player. He had one bad year when under an injury cloud and got one game where his teammates did nothing to help his cause. He is still only about 27, and has plenty to offer. Give him another chance, and give him more than one game to stake his claim. Not really sure who should go, but Edwards has been impressive recently and Warren has shown signs.

On a side note, I would say that Warren has been sketchy at best. I support him and think he is worth having a look at, but at the same time being realistic I'd hardly start claiming that we have found a really good player. Time will tell though.
