They have been pretty scratchy for a side that's won 13 in a row, maybe you can soften them up for us like you did with Freo today (cheers)I'm feeling quite ok about Port. Not like they did exceptionally well against Gold Coast at home.
Personally i think SoS is the main culprit in destroying Carltons list
His 66 game rebuild has really killed the list
Love to see a list of the picks he had and the players he brought into the club and which players remain after this season
Sos has been an utter failure as a list manager
Big part of that is getting Sayers and Cook to provide stability. Previous seasons we would have imploded.Disagree. Have to remember what he took over and had to deal with. I was a mess
The List is nowhere near perfect or complete (and there have ben mistakes) but if we can keep our list fairly fit I believe we are a Top 8 side. Biggest issue has been Voss dealing withy the mediocrity that have become part of the club. That is improving
I am okay with where we are and what we have coming through. Next 3-4 weeks will tell us a lot

Won't make it but would lol if we do
Would love to see the list of picks SOS had over his period at Carlton and how many of his selections actually end up playing 100 GamesDisagree. Have to remember what he took over and had to deal with. It was a mess

Weiters , Curnow, McKay, Cunningham and Jsos all player in last weeks win. That year was the Best recruitment since Hawthorn picked up Franklin and Roughead. Wasn’t perfect but his first year is hard to topPersonally i think SoS is the main culprit in destroying Carltons list

JSOS is not a star by any means but for a pick 50-odd he has become a more than serviceable role player that can pretty much play anywhere to at least a 6/10 standard. His form since the injuries to our rucks has been almost career best - hope he keeps it up. By no means a "plodder".His 1st year was great or Lucky then ............................................ the next 4 were atrocious
Jsos is a plodder and cuningham played 25 games in 8 years injury prone
surprised you even added him
Only because he was playing at a bottom teamJSOS is not a star by any means but for a pick 50-odd he has become a more than serviceable role player that can pretty much play anywhere to at least a 6/10 standard. This is a professional sport - no club is keeping players for 6-7 years because of a surname. Every club needs role players and he fits that perfectly. Even if he's not in the best 22 on any given week he is solid depth for any team.Only because he was playing at a bottom team
He is the type of player you pickup for free at any pre season draft
he is a work horse with no speed no leap and too short for a KPP or Ruck
filled a need but would have been delisted if not for the surname
He would not be on a list at a club who is challenging for a flag. This is a professional sport - no club is keeping players for 6-7 years because of a surname. Every club needs role players and he fits that perfectly. Even if he's not in the best 22 on any given week he is solid depth for any team.
So are you saying there are 40 better players on Collingwood's or any other team's list?He would not be on a list at a club who is challenging for a flag.
