i always laugh when americans get so huffy about foreign interest in their politics or even in the cars they drive or their phone software. We've got several US bases in this country. So what have we been saying on this thread since 2023? This was an ethnic cleansing campaign from the start.
The goal was always to ethnically cleanse Palestinians from Gaza. Destroy the place, kill tens of thousands of people, displace 1.6 million people and tell them to go elsewhere. Then Israelis annex Gaza.

All the Zionists on this thread were crying and denying it. Here we are today.

I knew something was up when Netanyahu accepted the ceasefire before Trump took office. The Palestinians will never leave though so it's either extermination or they occupy Gaza again.

What happens next depends on whether Trump has any cards to play big enough to pressure Egypt to become Arab pariahs and even more unstable by assisting the ethnic cleansing of Gaza.

I think it would be unwise to place any importance on a small minority that doesn't have any support in the jewish community. Hamas and the PA say that they are not getting bussed to egypt or jordan. They have to stick with that. I doubt the US can do any better at ethnic cleansing than the Israelis have. Of course, its easy for me to say that. Do palestinians want to stay in gaza? If they're given a chance at a "peaceful" home as aliens in another country, probably with cash bonuses, would they take that chance?

Trump says that he wants it for real estate and the israelis might be willing to do a deal. And then there's his extreme dislike for being rebuffed. So the palestinians are still up against it.

Popularity and ratings are still an important thing to Trump. We know that the trump support base including evangelicals, are still in the back pocket of the lobby, so it will be up to other gentiles to wean themselves of holocaust movies and express some support for the palestinians. I'm still not holding my breath.

It's just so horrendous. Unless Trump changes things to claiming the whole of Gaza, it looked like Israel was creating a dividing line and clearing out the Gazans north of that line to annex it.
