Yeah, they seem a very tight couple.
Talk about the Americans holding a grudge.
The USA allow goods to be imported from Russia, ( not to mention Israel ), Sudan, Burma, Zimbabwe etc etc, but they are still carrying on like a little bitch about something that happened 60 years ago. The people involved at the time are all dead.
Basically they are punished worse for being a Russian puppet ( at the time ) than Russia were for being Russia. Its like a fat kid punching up the little kid because he used to be mates with a bully he's too scared to go near.
Interestingly it was Jimmy Carter who lifted the travel restrictions. He did some good stuff as Prez, he should run again, he's not much older than the current guy or the opposition. ( He just turned 100 LOL ).
Trump made the embargo more severe, then violated it.
