It seems from the last week that Israel is killing about 50 palestinians a day - mas o menos.....which is about 3 to 4 thousand a week. The israelis will probably be happy with those numbers if they are actually targeting families that mossad is saying will cause trouble for them in the future. The UN is indicating that an overwelming number are children....so you could argue that the israelis dont really care who they get rid of, or you could argue that they are trying to get the next generation. The other aspect is the high number of kids with missing arms and legs etc - which would make the israelis smile because it's less of a PR problem and these kids are a drain on resources etc.

You could argue that this slow drip approach is the best option. The associated strategies of starvation and destroying medical care are also a better PR outcome for the Israelis. It's probably more fun for them to see people suffer. I can imagine the home movies for the people running the drones over gaza.

Not sure about the brilliant analysis by the dutch dude. 10 minutes to say something that should take a minute. Also, he fails to mention the dutch fans' actions....well at least to the 6 minute mark where i gave up on his waffling.

Both sides were probably at fault. The israelis are used to unfettered chosen people acts, but it would have been far smarter to video them and let the internet do what it does....and some people did that and it has proved effective.

Actually, I think the russians have a better claim to east ukraine... I'd prefer a vote in that region. Not that votes are always the best way to allocate territory but i think most there are imported russians with a long history. Not that a vote would work in the west bank. Having a vote there would include imported americans and europeans - many of which are fairly recent.

As for the israelis saying that they "just" want palestine. Well ask them and they will say that we're their friends. They say that sociopaths do well in government.
