Roast I've lost my faith in Chris Davies

Assuming his opinion was sought, and given his role it should have been, Davies is obviously way too close to kern to give kok and the board an honest appraisal (not that they should have needed it anyway) as to why he should not have been given yet another unearned contract.

...
As you say, as GM Football Davies should be reporting to the board on the performance of the Football Department and all of the coaches including Hinkley. That is why Davies and Hinkley being in a commercial relationship outside of their employment at the PAFC is a huge conflict of interest.

Yeh, look, sorry Ken, I know we have a couple of dishlickers running this week but I am gonna have to recommend to the board you are not up to winning a flag.....

Nah, just jokes. Hopefully the mutt wins this week or of to the knackers yard it goes right.

Which is why I think it is absolutely imperative we see a complete external review of all football operations. Davies, Koch, Hinkley and Richardson keep telling us what a brilliant job they have done. Well lets see that forensically investigated to see if that is indeed the case.

As sad as this might sound, WE are the EXTERNAL REVIEW.

The club takes it as WHITE NOISE.

Nah, Koch sees Whately, Cornes and Wilson as the outside review. They give him the answer he wants and they are free. Perfect for a small business mind.
Those are INTERNAL REVIEWS. :)

I remember when Koch said in an interview once when backing Ken in "respected voices in the industry like Gerard Whateley" lol I lost all hope at that point.

Or when he said that other Port “legends” like Dom Cassisi and Kane Cornes supported Ken, when rebuking Tredrea’s criticisms.

Cassisi and legend in the same sentence represents the worst mis-use of the word I can recall.

Just leave it here,

I know why Hinkley here for life

Sure looks like a conflict of interests there but does it matter in a private corporation known as the PAFC? If the club was member controlled, then this Sh!t would not be happening.

Port has won 2 finals since CD joined. What an elite, high performing environment he has created since joining after the 2014 season
We only need three more final wins and we will match the five wins for Power Boom. I believe the syndicate may have another horse or horses soon added to the syndicate. I wont say who told me that.

A couple of the older syndicates I think are still in business as well. Actually one has a run this weekend.
Not Usual Glorious Racehorse Profile, Stats, Form Guide, News & Results | Racenet Looks like only John Butcher is still involved in this one.

Looks like Ken has been the one who has done most the recruiting.

Colac-based trainer Glenn Thornton – father of Damien – said Hinkley was the key figure in creating the Power connection.

“When I purchased her, Kenny said he would mention it to the other guys,” he said.
