trump does not have the power to change the date of the election. its congress that has that power, and his proposal had zero involvement or discussion with congress. he was acting outside the scope of his powers

ardern like morrison here has the power to call an election within certain windows. Her change with in line with those powers and with the support of the opposition

I believe their reasoning is they dont want Labour riding on their response to Covid...So we'll have to delay the election to 2021 at this rate. Collins wants more time to get their "We have roads!" campaign rolling.
