Unlucky to be delisted. Being the sub so often didn't help his progression combined with appalling VFL fixturing. Has a nice side step and a more penetrating kick than given credit for. December Birth day so I think their is still improvement.

He's not bad and has a chance to get better. Getting pick 3 and Ben & Lucas Camporeale this year gives a chance to refresh our midfield this year and pushes him down the pecking order.
Played 15 games this year but a lot were as the sub or when he was subbed out. Probably played quite a few games due to Walsh being injured early in the season and Cerra late in the season.
Solid citizen though and hope that he gets an opportunity elsewhere.

Not since we seem to have committed to adding Boltons stable pony in Narkle. I dont mind adding Narkle but I know who I'd rather...
I reckon he would play most games for the Eagles next year. Freo he'd be depth and probably in and out of the sub vest. Same with GWS.

SOS was at GWS and then moved to Carlton and picked up a bunch of scrubs from GWS.

Surprised he was let go by Carlton he actually was one of Carltons better young players.

Why would he want to go to St Kilda when a team like the eagles would give him every opportunity and games as well as being his home state and probably more of a chance to play his position.

I dont think we could offer him much in the way of guaranteed game time, unless he just sits on a wing which he may not want to do.

Where does Fantasia sit when assessing a bunch of scrubs? Closer to the top than the bottom?
Depends how likely the club sees Warner, other potential targets, or the viability of guys like Hutchinson or Chesser to play in the middle
Saints may have promised him guaranteed midfield time, we may not have been keen to do that.
Or maybe McQualter just wasnt keen on a guy with Carrolls attributes
