If you want Constable, we are not giving you a pick 30ish and you would be giving us picks back to be honest.

Constable is highly rated, under contract and you will be paying a hefty price for him.

Maybe Simpson or Z Guthrie as they are trade bait but really that just be for free on top of the trade.

Otherwise I think a pick around the 30 mark or a little before it is fair value for you. Overs on our end given Steven's age, lack of playing time at the moment and some inconsistent performances but surely you take that and call it a day.
Don't think its overs, had his issues this year obviously, but he's a durable player with great pace who finds a lot of the ball. He averaged 27 disposals a game in 2018 so if you can get his head right you've got a really good player for 2-3 years.

if you re-read what i wrote .. i clearly said Constable for Steven WONT happen.. i rate him as a player and i reckon he would flourish at St Kilda but Geelong also seem to rate him and would not be keen to let him go , fair enough

Steven still has a fair bit of footy in him and if Geelong are looking to strike while they have their aging stars still running around is a big boost for them .. he hasnt trained for nearly a whole year and we saw what he can do when he has a second rate defender playing on him in the Freo game .. at Geelong Jack is NEVER going to cop the hard tag with the other geelong players around him so if you put it into perspective at St Kilda being the #1 guy he won 4 B&F's with little to no support wearing the hard tag week in week out .. imagine what he could bring playing freely with Geelong ... treat 2019 as a year out with an injury he will hit 2020 with a full preseason and be a super pick up for geelong .. dont under sell that ...
St Kilda wont get close to his value to St Kilda , i think we are resolved to that fact , Geelong are getting a bargin picking up a guy who was our best player for cheap .. dont rub salt into the wound by under selling the fact you are getting the deal of the decade here

With a pick shuffle I can see Steven and Charlie Constable swapping clubs.

What I've heard during the week of 3rd and 4th round picks for Steven is garbage i think.

When fit a gun player even if he carries a little extra pudd.

Jacks a UFA next year. We wont be overpaying for him.

For those wondering how he'll look in the Blue and White hoops.
Follow me lol [shameful plug]

Jack Steven going to sign a 2 year 150k per year deal im sure. At the same time he will be buying up a new pub on the main street. He found it tough to raise the capital the buyers are asking for but he managed to raise the $1 needed from between his couch cushions

Throwing someone with mental health issues into a new environment could be dangerous. It's pretty much 50/50 to which way he could respond. It's either he'll respond well and get to his best. The flip side is he could completely bottom out and Geelong get stuck with a 3 year contract.
High risk high reward.
I hope if Geelong get him it's with Stk paying a portion of his wage for a decent pick in the 30s. If geelong are paying his wages a pick in the 50s would be fair.

Lol Charlie doesn’t even wanna be there champ
Inside midfielder Charlie Constable struggled for game time in 2019 and was limited to seven matches, but won't be leaving.

"We had a good conversation with Charlie the other day. He wants to stay, so he's staying," Wells said.

Keep him then, but you won't be able to fit in Jones and Hill under the salary cap.

Would you rather get stuck with $900k owing to a player that may not even play.

We will probably need to keep Jack’s fullsalary on the books even if we trade him just to meet minimum cap payments.
