An emergency player needs to be upgraded too if a rookieI'd be surprised if they upgraded him and didn't intend to play him.
The money paid to the player on the LTI list is outside the cap whilst on the LTI.Good for him. He is a hard at it, somewhat reckless (in a good way) defender.
Hopefully if he gets a game he kicks arse.
On a side note, how does upgrading a rookie effect the salery cap? I think the rookie wage is about 50k a year, but if they are upgraded and play they get more money. So if a team was at 100% of their cap and due to injuries they had to upgrade a couple of rookies, would that extra put them over the cap or do they only have to count the initial rookie wage?

Upgraded rookie payments are not included in TPP.
I was impressed with the Bull during the NAB series, got the job done a few wayward kicks no doubt getting used to the pace but confident he wont let us down. Won some really good one on ones and is very strong in the contest. Hopefully the start of a long and successful career.
