So this guy was wrong?

random Carlton supportet: said:
Looked really bad though, demonstrative/forceful/deliberate. Probably send him straight to the tribunal and he'll get offered 3 weeks. Might be able to argue down to 2 if they can convince the panel he only saw someone out the corner of his eye and thought it was a player, pair it with a really contrite public apology and hope for the best.

But purple said his gut feel was he should get weeks
Could be a sliding doors moment for the season.

Barrett would have no dea about that either.

I guess question is, if this wasn't intentional then what was it? Ump didn't move towards him. Didn't expect anything other than a token 1 game ban for intentionally touching an umpire. I guess I don't understand the interpretation.

This board really would be better off without your contributions.

You were found out to be very wrong...

Lucky I reckon. Mainly because the Goal umpire gave a look of outrage just as Soligo moved away. The type of look that might be used to justify a higher penalty.

Looked like a slight tap and hardly a strong push like what Greene did with his shoulder toward the umpire's shoulder. Had the goal umpire been outrage he would have said something to the controlling field umpire when they were reviewing the goal.
