Anybody taken advantage of the Ladbrokes specials and field v favourite? Just realised you could hedge on them and win.

Eg Bathurst Rc1 they had a special the favourite at $3. Then in field v favourite market field was $1.60. So you could hedge and win. Max bet $50 but still gives a guaranteed win $5 which is better than nothing. Just wondering if they would void bet?

I'm tipping they wouldnt because there has been a couple occasions the favourite has been SCR but they havent updated the field v favourite market so I have backed the field and they haven't caught on and paid me out.

Plenty of hype around about it for a horse that was absolutely spanked on debut - Sydney trial fappers?

It was a solid debut run in restricted grade no less.
Since then had 2 trials that it has won so that might be generating the interest.

I am aware Maher has a big opinion so if take a measuring line with Away Game that won MM, there may be something to suggest this one has the tools.

Is there a stand out 2yo of the season yet?
