Top 10 might be a stretch, but top 15 certainly
In no particular order Sloane, Betts, Laird, Jenkins, Walker, M Crouch, Talia, Jacobs, Smith?, Hartigan?, Thompson?, Lynch? struggling for more, he'll be around the mark, more 8 - 15
Browny may get a few. Cheney may get a few (played every game), Lever will get a few - after about 5 it's pretty even so anything could happen. Not playing a few games might hurt him, but certainly deserving of a good showing
Certainly would be top 10 in a "points per game played" ranking.

No question, he sure is.
Just think the problem he has in a polling sense is that he's missed some and oir good players have missed very few if any. Agree his votes per game may well be top 10.
Coming from nowhere to finish in the first 15 is nothing to be sneezed at and still reflects a good season.
I reckon he'll be up there for votes per game.

Personally, I don't think he should be selected this week. You can't have a player named Lyons playing against a club named Lions. It's just too confusing.

The absolute #1 reason why any player takes time to develop is lack of AFL game time, and in the case of Lyons - he hasn't been given the opportunities to get the game time he needs because our veterans are a protected species and are taking up spots in the side. And this starts with Scott Thompson, among others.
Fix that problem (i.e. broom), and watch the improvements come along.

How was the margin in that first game vs Geelong, I remember that in 2012 probably some of the best football I've seen a team play
