I know our club isn't perfect, but in all the years I've been following Port I have never seen any of our players treated so disgracefully, by other players or the club as a whole, when they have moved to another club, whatever the reasons. Whenever we play against teams with ex-players our guys always have a chat after the siren goes, on social media they pretty much always wish players the best when they move on. It pays dividends.

I said similar last night. I would be embarrassed and disgusted if port players carried on the way North players are right now.

Suck a big fat one norf you good for nothing impostors..as if we were going to send you a player like Butters to your pathetic organisation..can’t wait to give you another thrashing next season you poor bastards

True.

Although fair to say that Troy Chaplin's 2012 departing email to Port players made future Tigers v Port games he played in....spicy.

Their poor behaviour is exacerbated by the professionalism show by both Port and Amon

Compare the pair. This mega deal was the largest ever, involving 4 clubs, 14 picks, 2 players and picks 1, 2 and 3 were shifted in this deal, when 1, 2 and 3 have never before all moved in a full trade period.

The Shaun Burgoyne deal in 2009, was before future picks could be traded, involving 4 clubs, 8 picks, 3 players and only 2 first round picks moved. Its complexity was why the AFL mediator was called in to try and get it over the line.

I don't know if any other deal(s) sits between these two deals for meganess and complexity, but if there is I reckon it would only be one maybe two others.
