Not sure about SC as I've only played AF and RDT. Think he will get more use on-ball than most expected. Ollie Wines coming back from little preseason and also reported the other week he will have on-going knee pain for the remainder of his career. Butters will have ongoing management of his AC injury/soreness/whatever, think he will be used a bit more outside and half forward than we planned.Hi Port fans,
Just wondering how Jason H-Francis is going this pre sesson? Do you think he is in for a big year? Undecided if i whould should add him to my super coach team?
I just have a feeling he may burst and dominate in 2023 being home and all.
Off-topic but Worpel staying inside mid? Likelihood of Mitchell turfing him for his disposal?Hi Port fans,

Still not at full fitness... But when he gets there he should be good.Hi Port fans,

Thank youStill not at full fitness... But when he gets there he should be good.
After our last practice match i feel he is a lock. If he fail to perform early trade, Mitchell will give him 3-5 games if he sees improvement. I have him in my team at that price.Off-topic but Worpel staying inside mid? Likelihood of Mitchell turfing him for his disposal?

I had a look in the hard copy paper this morning. He pretty much says he thinks he can be a future captain, compares favourably to all of the high end talent that brogan worked with at his time with gws, but we need to give him time as he is a 19 year old kid coming off surgery. Said he was dropped in to a shit show at north, but now his legs are fixed he should start to really show what he is capable of.Today's newscorp sites behind their paywall:
Is Horne-Francis a future Port Adelaide captain?
Can anyone with a subscription give us the gist? Looks like Dean Brogan is quoted in the article.
Nice to hear his comments about JHF and the jab at pathetic North. Some good honesty here too from Broges about our pathetic trial games, game style and ‘more of the same’ worrying signs.

Hey, lay off the Butch. Is Aidyn Johnson free for any mentoring? While we're at it, can we get big Johnny Butcher to give Georgiadis some tips on goal kicking?
I still remember that Bulldogs game as the happiest I've ever felt walking away after a loss.Hey, lay off the Butch.
Always remember, after kicking a behind in his first match against Hawthorn, Butcher kicked…
1 goal v Hawthorn
6 goals v Bulldogs
4 goals v Essendon
2 goals v St Kilda
1 goal v Collingwood
4 goals v Adelaide
1 goal v Richmond
1 goal v Fremantle
…. for a total of 20 straight goals before kicking another behind.

Don't worry, my mates and I were the same. But after watching Butch kick his six goals in that game I actually felt like there might be light at the end of the tunnel. I recall we were about six goals down by quarter time and, although we still lost, I think we actually won the last three quarters. After what we had witnessed in previous weeks that in itself was something of a miracle.Geez, I had a much different experience to take back then to most. I was hanging by a thread at that point, -368 points in 3 games. So happy? I was threatening to burn Alberton down
