potential isn't worth $1m a year. If Cameron can goto another club for $1m a season for 5 years then he should do that, he could do his ACL tomorrow and his agility is gone.
the Trent Croad deal would be relatively similar.
As much as St Kilda need a new young forward with Riewoldt getting on and Stanley useless, I don't think you can afford to trade your best young midfielder and pick 2/3 who could be another gun midfielder or a KPF anyway
Yeah Cameron can take contested marks regularly.he hasn't set the world on fire this year. He was the sole target in attack last year. While he had a great year, he is no Buddy Franklin who is on similar kind of money.
Will be a bigger frenzy then the Judd trade.
2013: Cameron 21 games/20 CM, Franklin 21 games/26 CMYeah Cameron can take contested marks regularly.
Surely he'll come to Geelong... simply for the 'lifestyle'...

I don't see how listing Carlton's 2014 delistees is relevant to this thread.Walker, Garlett, Lucas and Bell![]()
Not sure what else he was going to say when they stuck a camera in his face and said "lets do an interview for the club website"? Unless he was the one who initiated the interview of course.Good quick response from GWS to get something up following the speculation. http://www.gwsgiants.com.au/news/2014-05-27/sydney-is-home-says-cameron

Certainly, and obviously other players have said the same sort of thing only to bolt later- but I'm impressed that the club bothered to get something up there relatively quickly. Not sure what else he was going to say when they stuck a camera in his face and said "lets do an interview for the club website"? Just curious but why are people offering up Free agents as trade bait?
We used/offered Dal Santo in a similar regard last year when negotiating to get Luke Delaney from North. If they hadn't agreed to basically give Delaney to us for a bag of chips, I dare say we wouldn't have let Dal go for just the free agency compo pick (25) that we ended up getting for losing him.Just curious but why are people offering up Free agents as trade bait?
Does anyone actually think Jeremy Cameron will want to go to a minnow club in Victoria? Just can't see him pulling on a Doggies jumper or a NM jumper, perhaps Melbourne are a chance should they continue to improve but you'd think he would want to play in a side capable of competing at the top.
Giants should just say "Sorry mate, you're a required player. Take your chances in the PSD but we've got the first pick so we'll take you again."
