AFLW 2024 - Round 6 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
Well yes equal for hit outs, zero each. I concur and good pick up .
Being worse than Fitzroy and being irrelevant doesn't bring me any joy, i wouldn't know have known North existed if it wasn't for this thread.
Are you begging for more PPs this year?
Incredibly overrated
You mean Sheezel is the best player out there by that metric? or Sam Walsh in his first 3 years? I'd take a high clearance/contested 25 possession player than a 35 possession uncontested player.
North supporters have lost it completely. Get well soon guys xxx
No no, pleasure is all ours, thanks for Danger with better kick.Hey, thanks for sheezal wardlaw, might get 2 rising stars in a roll.
Lol rising star...shall i name you a few rising stars in the past 20 years that might shock you? it means NOTHING. JHF finished with 16 brownlow votes in his 2nd year. Lets see how many Wardlaw finishes with this year???Best player? Lol, club mvp, rising star...in first year.
Beat any on your list or anyone else's for that matter.
Last time someone achieved that was by the name of michael jordan so yes, best.
Yes the trusty Brownlow votes. The same ones you’re quoting when JHF got votes despite being one of the worst players on the ground. Very reliable metric.Lol rising star...shall i name you a few rising stars in the past 20 years that might shock you? it means NOTHING. JHF finished with 16 brownlow votes in his 2nd year. Lets see how many Wardlaw finishes with this year???
Because the umpires were confusing him with Bergman...Lol rising star...shall i name you a few rising stars in the past 20 years that might shock you? it means NOTHING. JHF finished with 16 brownlow votes in his 2nd year. Lets see how many Wardlaw finishes with this year???

haha yeah right, but rising is apparently. Still 18 brownlow votes is impressive for a 2nd year player, got dangerfield covered. 1 game might be a howler but the rest are well deserved.Because the umpires were confusing him with Bergman...
Only explanation I have for some of the 3 vote games...
13 touches, 1 mark, 1 tackle, 2 clearances, 195 metres gained, 4 turnovers. 0 goals. 0 goal assists.
Brownlow votes are a silly metric, that is overly reliant on being eye catching (ie blonde mullet - Woewodin says hi) and being in a good team.
Sam Walsh, Jaydyn Stephenson, Andrew McGrath, Lewis Taylor, Jaegar, Rhys Palmer, etc etc.Really, try name a few and i will smack you down within 2 lines, bring it on mate.
Sam Walsh, Jaydyn Stephenson, Andrew McGrath, Lewis Taylor, Jaegar, Rhys Palmer, etc etc.
Yeah fair point, i will take Walsh out.I fully agree with the point your making, but that’s disrespectful putting Walsh’s name alongside the others.
Should re-sign Ken on the back of that one.A bit quiet here today guys, BOG today, carried the entire midfield on his back..without him we lose this match by a big margin.
As i said , get well soon and see you when he has a quiet one.
It really is embarrassing. Why am I here?
This thread is genuinely toxic. All you campaigners need to touch grass once in a while

JHF is more talented and will probably end up the better player, but Sheezel and Wardlaw don't need a support cast to be good, they are types that lead from the front. JHF is a follower that needs the protection and coverage to enable his productivity. Not sure if this is meant to be a gotcha moment but he’s still ahead of both Sheezel and Wardlaw if you take these things seriously..
