Another thing I've noticed with umpiring. Blokes being tackled before they take possession and nothing gets done about it. I notice this in Carlton games where I'm emotionally invested, so nice to notice in a game between teams that nobody cares about. #44 for Hawks had his hand and arm grabbed before actually getting possession so had to take it one handed .

Disappointed, but not surprised. Melbourne a very good team rn, and we won't be in a contending position for another few years. If Melbourne sew up a home QF next week though, season's over; give them the cup.

My main regret is that this is the last H&A game I'll be getting this 'refreshed' at this season. I'll be getting to the Freo game next week, but have live music commitments afterwards, so need to behave at the game so I can cut loose at the Corner Hotel afterwards. I'll be enjoying every MCG final I can though, so will be making a spectacle of myself throughout September.

If anything, my comment was a subtle backhander towards a certain top of the table team who couldn't get the job done against your boys a couple of weeks ago.
Mitchell has got them heading in the right direction. Once your boys get a couple more seasons under their belts, I reckon it'll be back to the old glory days.
