Would be nice if all four ****ers didn't have the same bye. Rocky and Dahl are virtually locked for me at this point. Been tossing up for F3 with Macrae but that bye is a pain in the ass and I'm thinking Lynch or Gunston could outscore him.
I think I'm gonna pass on Beams. I want him but I'd probably have to sacrifice too much at either end to fit him in to my midfield and I'm already very happy with my midfield.

For anyone who watched the game.. did Rockliff spend any time stationed up forward? A few comments said he had and I'm getting some cold feet. If he gets positioned up forward I can't see him reaching the dizzying heights of yesteryear....

He spent time up forward and he'll do the same in the season. Not enough to be detrimental to his scoring. He's no schlub up forward, he's a natural and dangerous medium forward and him getting the chance for contested marks and goals bodes very well for his scoring ability.

I would say that for most premo mids, and no offense to your boys, but I don't trust that this would be the case for the Lions just due to the inexperience and results against them. Surely there will be less ball up your end than in your defensive half..
Would you say the same thing for Zorko?

It's a fair assumption, but in the instance that forward entries are stagnating do you really expect Fagan to leave Rocky forward waiting for opportunities? He'll be moved forward accordingly, not simply for the sake of it. We need him in the guts, patently obvious, but he's such a dangerous forward that we need him there or around half forward delivering to the keys. I honestly have no doubts about his ability to score well this year. Same for Zorko.

Maybe not, but from a Supercoach point of view, the fact that he is a few years older helps immensely. McCluggage looked like a boy playing against men last night, and out of his depth.
