Yes Selwood's sniping and then buckling at the knees upon retaliation (which is akin to dobbing)shows poor leadership. Added to this you have Scarlett swiping at a Hobbit and Geelong seem a bit rudderless at the moment.

Without disciplined leadership like they had under Harley and Ling this Geelong team is going nowhere.
 
selwood has stanton and pendles in his dreamteam, so he wanted raines to strike him so he got a 2 week suspension allowing his dt captains for the next 2 weeks to smash it. He didnt get contact in the first 3 quarters so had to take matters into his own hands in the last quarter
