Happy it was him in stead of S.Burgoyne to be honest. I think he does a pretty good job and trying to set a standard and lead by example.

Well either he has an awesome sense of humour or his team mates disagree (repeatedly). Forgive me if I am going to take his team mates informed opinion on his leadership rather than your subjective assumptions.
