With de Goey’s season done from a hamstring injury, it is now critical we put him in for surgery for his groin injury.

We’ve already seen with him and other cases in the past that the rest strategy for groin injury’s haven’t worked, we must use this period to get the surgery done so he has the best chance at a pre season.

Let’s avoid the rest approach only for him to lift the loads over summer and then into next years games where it flares up again.

If he doesn't need it and non surgical treatment works they shouldn't

I'll do it. Cut him open. Angle grind some bones. A bit of WD40 and he'll be like new.

he doesnt play last night, we dont win.

I'm pretty sure he wanted to play Pendles 400th, and if he hadn't, we would have lost.
