You're getting 6.5 on your TV and laptop, so where does that screenshot with the speed test result come from?
No matter what I watch live or replays on my cabled Apple TV, I’m only getting 720p. Using about 3 mbps. Speed test on the Apple TV shows 50 mbps so more than enough bandwidth.

I had my free fibre upgrade install done on the 2nd of Feb, campaigners need to come back to fix a mistake they made. Next appointment, 16 April. So a 2 mth wait to fix what is essentially a fault.

Pentanet Nexus giving me very good speeds, no issues. Just the Kayo app

They have said it haunches in March, not seen a a particular day mentioned like the 1st etc.
Maybe they were testing it.

Possible. They did say it would begin with the F1, though, hence more eyes on it than otherwise might have.

Upgraded to 1Gbps internet and it was just a simulcast of 506 with the 4k feed no where to be seen

It's insane that we can't get 4k sport in Aus or most parts. Aren't they selling 8k TVs. What for? Biggest rip off. My eyes have never seen anything over 1080p lol. But even then when streaming it blurs down to probably 480p.
all the other streamers manage to offer 4k without too much of a hiccup.

It's been that way for it seems like forever. Retailers have been pushing UHD since the days we only had a handful of HD FTA channels and Blu-Ray was only for the cinema nerds.
Far easier for a person whose value is measured on their ability to push extended warranties to sell TVs based on some big dumb number you aren't actually going to get than to have to dig too deep into other performance specs.
