When you buy a club digi pass how do you login? I assumed I’d get sent a code but all I have as is an email receipt.

I assume you've got one via the Bullies, so I'll refer to what they say on their website

I ended up phoning them later on the day I signed up for the dig & they emailed the code a couple hours later. Might be worth checking your spam though.

One thing that would make Kayo significantly better for me, is to be able to change channels like you can on Foxtel/FTA.
Currently I have to exit the current channel, get back to the home page and select the channel I want through the home page.
I want to be able to just scroll up and down while still watching a channel.
Here's a pic I found online that shows what I'm talking about, you can do it with the Foxtel streaming service, why not Kayo?

Just press down on the remote and it brings up a menu on the bottom of the screen?
Can select live channels, replays or live games.
This is also the section to choose splitview, which is handy when footy and cricket is on

Turns out the GWS digital membership is only $1 cheaper than Geelongs. I'm just going to get the kayo one and not worry about cats digital membership. Was having issues trying to do it online. It kept trying to charge me more. Spoke to someone never called me back. Easier to just not worry about it. 1 screen kayo is cheaper anyway
Edit. I realised kayo one is not 4K. So for the extra dollar I could get 4k. So just Got the cats membership now. Should have just paid outright and saved the carry on. Decided to go monthly but it's confusing and doesn't explain the process well at all. Neither did the guy who I spoke with last week. No payment schedule. A random payment of $104 now. Owing $156. Yet are going to take out $26 X 10? Or 156÷10 payments= $15.60 per month.

Lol. Funny bastards. The F1 dropped out on my screen.
It say 4K in the title.
Sadly as soon as I try launch the F1, it gives an error saying there is a problem with my connection. This is the Apple TV app.
All the other live sports play without issue.

Same, was 4k then dropped out. It's now back to 1280x720.

I turned my tv off and on as i was getting that same message.
It now says my tv doesnt support 4k lol, not sure whats happening here
If I select F1 from the live spot option on the home page I get 1920x1080. If I select it from the 506 channel I get 1280/720.

Sadly I'm not expecting to get 4k now. Just ran a speed test....6mbps... Kayo says they need 25mbps for 4k. Maybe during a weekday I'd get 25. I live rural country and wifi hotspot. I'm wondering if that's why I keep getting playback issue errors.
Nope, it's HD.
I've had 720, 1080 and 2160 all broadcasting tonight for the F1.

im not the best with internet/tech, But kayo only shows 6.5mb on tv and my laptop.
what am i doing wrong ? or is it a kayo problem?
If it’s any consolation, I have 50mbps and it just gives me the error anyway.
Works fine (but only hd) on the iPad.
