New here fellas, Smokey for the league medal after a look on the weekend. Trent Fallon from avenel, very late signing, the bloke is a star. kicked 4 goals and had a heap of it

Two rounds in and what have we learnt? It appears that no side in this competition can afford to lose top players, Yze kicked more than a bag for Katandra today and he certainly wasn't their most effective player. Tally produced a training run after half time but Ardy were also without a bench including losing Brent Ralph with a torn Achilles tendon. Violet Town are probably better than most predicted and Avenel better again. Murchison were dominant but Longwood should still get points against sides that are not fully committed. Rushworth only need four from the next sixteen to be better than the last two years. Ladder wise, Girgarre are now in uncharted territory but then again so are Lancaster and Stanhope are obviously happy being there abouts.
