I really thought you guys would have gone a little better than that But overall you would have to be happy with the season considering the iterrible start to the year you had Should be a ripper of a granny this Saturday who do you think will be holding up the silverware at the end !!How about that bloke that kicked it the wrong way for a Lachy Morrison goal. Spewin lel
How'd Stanhope dads army go ?A bloke that kicked about as well on the weekend as T.(turnover king) Ross does
Saw Yendor at Deakin Reserve today Airball and no doubt he will be thinking about which players would be the most value for Tally today. Hopefully he was concentrating on the Reserve players from United and Ky because the senior lads maybe beyond Tally's finances, but even the number 6 in the Ky jumper in the Reserves would cost too muchGum 3rds back to back. Tally ressies to go one better then last year. Naggaz back to back.
Old guys and District League twos go hand in hand don't they ? Good win by Tally though. How'd Stanhope dads army go ?
Ouch
Was at Boort so can't comment, a few on here mentioning about them going all out playing senior guys on Friday, not one senior player dropped back to play and still someone finds something to sling shit on them. How'd Stanhope dads army go ?
Ouch
I was at Boort for the first time Hank. Didn't feel like a traditional North Central League ground. Very narrow and had an unusual slope, felt a bit like a saucer. Surface was excellent though. Was at Boort so can't comment, a few on here mentioning about them going all out playing senior guys on Friday, not one senior player dropped back to play and still someone finds something to sling shit on them.
All the best to all sides competing on Saturday
Yeah first venture out that way, spot on with the ground, surface immaculate, very narrow thoughI was at Boort for the first time Hank. Didn't feel like a traditional North Central League ground. Very narrow and had an unusual slope, felt a bit like a saucer. Surface was excellent though.

Believe they're trying to land some big fish, time will tell, but I know Trav will be wanting some cattle to work with in his 2nd year. What's the go with tonny next year hank? Spending up big is the word on the street.

Coupled with Minimal room behind one end due to it being a Football Netball & Hockey League, It is a very interesting place as a spectator as some parts of the ground you feel further from the action then in the nose bleed parts of the MCGTo me just something not quite right about ground inside trotting tracks...takes away from the atmosphere. A lot of then I'm the North Central League
Have you been to a final at a NCFL ground with a trotting track Roota? Don't agree with you that a trotting track affects the atmosphere in any way.Not any difference whatsoever between a trotting track or a fence I wouldn't think. To me just something not quite right about ground inside trotting tracks...takes away from the atmosphere. Apologies for turning this into the NCFL thread but I'm with Roota, hate trotting track grounds. Wyche and Birchip best spectator grounds in NCFL.Been to plenty in my time...just my opinion mate
