For us, I'll say...

West Coast - You never know in round 1. I'll be going in hopeful, but over in Perth is a tough task.
North - Probably a loss.
Richmond - Loss. Too quick for us. Only one I have as a definite loss.
GWS - Should win.
Carlton - I think we'll win. Match up quite well against Carlton, I think.

So I think we'll go 2-3. 1-4 a chance, and 3-2, while possible, is very unlikely.

How do you think Richmond will go then considering you play the Gold Coast at home in Round 1? You guys are pretty shaky holding a lead, that is, if you do lead at all.

NRL must be your main sport considering the above. Last year we won 15 games 100% of those wins we won while in front:p. So being we all know how little you know about our great game, how are the broncos ?

After you took out our McPharlin in the first quarter, leaving us one tall short. You would not have won if McPharlin had played the whole game, even with the drugs you were taking.
What exactly would McPharlin have done to win you the game, maybe he could have taken that shot for Mayne from the goal square. if Bellend tine wasn't such a squibb you could of won the grand final as well . You wear purple for f***s sake not really the colours of a champion team. Freo 0-5

Hawks Away - Loss
Geelong Home - 50/50
GC Away - Win
Port Away - 50/50
Richmond Home - Win

Lions are better and fitter than last year with more experienced and versatile players. Can see us beating Geelong, GC, Port and Richmond for shear fact we have a good midfield that has plenty more heart than those teams mentioned.

In saying this if we come away 3-2 from these games I will be happy. Any less than 2-3 I will be shocked.

Port have a better midfield than Brisbane. It's more talented and has enough grunt. Richmond has won 9 of the past 11 encounters with Brisbane, with Brisbane only winning 1. I find it hard to believe that Brisbane has more heart, given when you look at some of their midfield stats.

Not sure if you're taking the PI5S, but IMO it goes like this. Ryder knocked Mcpharlin out at the 10min mark of the first quarter causing us to be one rotation and KPD down. What would Macca have done? Well in the third quarter when the dons were flying, he would have stopped at least one of the forward scoring entries, probably more. Why do I think this? Because he was 3 games into the season as the reigning AA fullback, so I'm not alone in thinking he has the ability to do this. You won by 3 points, hardly grounds think the next match up is a lock.
Purple not the colour of a champion team? Melbourne Storm say hi.

You do realise that purple is the colour of royalty, prestige, aristocracy and general power right? There seems to be this attitude among the west that purple is essentially a girly colour. It's also the colour of the Baltimore Ravens who won the 2013 superbowl.

I don't want to buy into this whole debate, because people can think what they want, but actually these sorts of numbers are part of the reason most Brisbane fans are cautiously optimistic about the season ahead.

I don't think these numbers reflect a midfield that actually seems pretty well balanced, and has quality ballwinners like Rockliff, Moloney and Redden, and a top shelf ruckman in Leuenberger. I think we've had structural problems at contests and the changes in coaching staff will most likely lead to an improvement in that area.

Tried to be unbiased and factor in things like travel, recent encounters, etc. But mostly went with my gut.

I was surprised that I ended up with Carlton and GWS that high and Freo, Richmond and North so low as that is not where I rank them relative to other teams.

How did that Carlton final go again?

That's the come back? mate you are as sharp as a spoon. You posted rubbish and I prove you wrong and you come back with that lol.

At least we played finals and kept our players on our list that we wanted, you lot can't say the same. Let's hope you can win at least 10 games this year

It's also the color of sexual frustration I believe.
