After Carlton miss the finals by 4 games Chris Judd does an interview on Ch7 Sunday footy show post Grand Final. He announces his retirement, triggered by a difficulty with continually kicking out on the full due to the boundary hugging game plan. Admits footy was more fun with Ratts and he believes Carlton erred with sacking him. Predicts a rebuild and can't see a premiership in the forseeable future.
Says it's clear Carlton should take a leaf out of new premiers Collingwood's book. They are the team to emulate and he can only see more flags ahead for them as Carlton continue to wallow.
