Lost and Running conveniently out of the TJ due to "injury" hours after Shelby confirms he is paying up

Look - Shelby couldn't win it if it started today - and its completely ****ed and 500/1 if the track dries out - but he only has to run top 5 to get their money back and the field is dropping away like flies. At this stage only three decent horses look like turning up (last years 1-2-3) and of those, Masky boi could be gone at the game. Absolutely anything could run 4th/5th and if it is wet enough they might get a return on their money.

You couldn't touch it with a 1000 ft pole from a punting perspective though.

I was confused on the wording. It doesn’t look an entertaining betting race at all to me. One of the good 3 wins that handles a bottomless 2400m I just don’t know which I’m confident in. One of them will get it.
Comfortably Duais for mine given her run on the H10 the other week and a S7 win. Spanish just needs a firm deck and TIO I'm expecting a regression with both the heavy track and the 2400m. I quite like Stockman, She's Ideel and Great House for First 4s

Antepost Markets

Fireburn 5.00 into 3.10 since Sunday on Sportsbet
Alaskan God 4.50 into 3.70 equal favourite since Sunday on Sportsbet

The WA derby leadup on Saturday, the Melvista Stakes has all the main players involved, looking forward to it.

Can someone elaborate on Spanish Missions lack of wet track credentials? Form guide says 2 starts on the wet for 1 win.

He is no good on them and was scratched from multiple wet tracks last European summer.

The form guide is wrong - that win was on good to soft (i.e. dead). He has seen wet once in the UK and got beat 100 lengths in the Long Distance Cup at Ascot in 2020 and they have scratched him every time on wet since.

Use this link for all European form rather than relying on local form guides - Spanish Mission | Race Record & Form | Racing Post

In that case Duais is as close to a moral as you’ll find. TIO won’t run out a strong 2400, TCO doesn’t like it wet and the rest are walkers.

Did anyone just watch that race at Hawkesbury?

That W.D'avila ****er was sitting up on his horse 100 metres out and not even trying to ride it out for second.

That type of ride needs a suspension.

2 horse race at Pinny I have Wommel Wock fairly short and Rolled Gold a good up and comer. Don’t see the fave being any chance strange old race normally means I have got something wrong.

when are bookies going to start putting up more markets on women's sports. The lack of range on today's Australia v Bangladesh match is disappointing. Afterall I am an equal opportunity gambler when it comes to losing my money.

She's Ideel surely going to come in by race time tomorrow. Missed the place once in the wet and second in the race last year on a good4.

She’s rock bottom odds already. Needs all three at the top of the market to run below their best to get anywhere near it.
