The stuffedjust for the record is Bomber the good the bad or the ugly?
probably easier and more discreet to just use your drug dealer contact at the club
Just needed that kick to go up a gear.‘Suddenly.’ 3 years after getting within a kick of the hitherto greatest team of the modern era in a prelim final with a team full of kids.
Yeah, it was getting on the shards crossed with actovegin that won us the comp.
just for the record is Bomber the good the bad or the ugly?
How high does this go?
Brian Cook = Cap’n Cook??
What's that, the 800+ grams?
That is a large commercial charge mate. No bail.
cooking blue sky in a Ford econovan in a back paddock in moggs creek?
'personal use'I can see a lot of people saying "but would a guy with so much money become a drug trafficker?"
I was thinking the same thing and after thinking about it and checking the facts that we know of, it is possible that he was not a kingpin style drug trafficker but must involved in a minor way. The police can charge a person with drug trafficking if that person simply gives someone a valium. There are many levels of drug trafficking, but they are all called "drug trafficking"
They said that his DNA was on a bag of meth and an LSD tablet. Does this prove he was trafficking the stuff? Maybe it was his own personal stash. He was living with a younger guy who has ties to bikies. It could be possible the other guy was doing the trafficking on the larger scale and Bomber was just tied up in it through personal use. In other words, Bomber was not trafficking anything himself, but getting his supply from this guy and turning a a blind eye to what the guy was up to - hence he can be charged for trafficking because he allowed it to happen in his house and didn't go to the police.
It will all come out I'm sure, but I wouldn't put him in the same category as Pablo Escobar just yet. Cops will charge people with anything these days, and media loves to pump up a story.
Is gerard and robbo flipping a coin to see who talks about this with the usual as he charged cant say anything comment
Just needed that kick to go up a gear.
Seriously not even a little bit concerned?
Am i right in saying that if you are caught with certain quantity of drugs you automatically get an upgraded charge of trafficking, the assumption being its too much for personal use?
More likely a bouncer at Home House or Lamby's.
Footy players don't care about being that discreet, especially in a bubble like Geelong, nothing is secret. I've seen a handful of players on the gear, mostly out of season. You'd be surprised.
Correct, the legislation implies intent by virtue of the amount found in one's possession.Am i right in saying that if you are caught with certain quantity of drugs you automatically get an upgraded charge of trafficking, the assumption being its too much for personal use?
It would costa lot
Yep I guess AFL will hope it blows over and the media doesn't connect it all and ask questions. In the end AFL does not give a **** about fairness or legality, all they care about is image. They will sweep as much as possible under the carpet.Absolutley but that doesn't fit in with the AFLs narrative. Way too much of a shit fight. Pussies
Sorry I don't see Worsfold and a "sports scientist" who were at WC in early to mid 2000's being arrested for drugs, do I now? Not to mention Worsfold and this sports scientist also being caught in a supplement scandal a few years ago....nice attempt at the AFL sweep maneuver thoughDrug use at footy clubs is no different to the rest of society. Some do it and some don't. Some do it occasionally and some when they're celebrating end of season.
The Cokers were a different league though. That was systemic.

Incoming in 6 minutes and 22 seconds from nowMy favourite when it comes to stuff like this is the old, "I've spent a lot of time with Bomber and I've never seen him have or take drug, it would be completely out of character."
What type of drug is MDMACorrect, the legislation implies intent by virtue of the amount found in one's possession.
The 857g of MDMA is interesting, it hasn't been disclosed what amount was in the keypad-protected room to which only Thompson had access (not the locked bedroom) and what amount was in a common area to which Windsor had access.

sounds needlessly risky. but he did get caught so obviously not a bright spark
A ****ing awesome type of drug. What type of drug is MDMA
The other bloke has the large commercial.
Bomber plain traffick.
Could be in luke hodge territory after 10 minsEvery time Robbo sucks his breath in through his teeth, take a drink.
