I was checking the SANFL page just yesterday, and was astounded to see Jimmy Rowe in the top 5 disposal getters in the league.Did any one catch what Rowey said about his sons time at the Crows on 5aa tonight? Something about coming into the club as a dangerous small forward and exiting the club as a shape keeping role player. LMFAO!
His son wasn't up to afl. Surprised we even drafted him tbh.Did any one catch what Rowey said about his sons time at the Crows on 5aa tonight? Something about coming into the club as a dangerous small forward and exiting the club as a shape keeping role player. LMFAO!

The (mis-)information minister...How in hell can you compare Nicks to Fagan?
Nicks has yet to play finals in his 5 seasons after winning a spoon. Fagan took the Lions to finals in his third year after winning a spoon and hasn’t missed then since and played off in a GF last year. Chalk and cheese.
So what is your job at the AFC?
I don't see it tbh. I don't think he'll get booted before the latter part of the season, if early at all. Maybe after Hawthorn beat us at home yet again.I think we cop a hiding from the Swans and over the bye week there is crisis talks and they mutually part ways
I think some players will request trades if he isn’t gone this year.I don't see it tbh. I don't think he'll get booted before the latter part of the season, if early at all. Maybe after Hawthorn beat us at home yet again.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the bozo was still there next year. "This year was an outlier" and all that fun wank speak.
Buckley? We’re not a destination club at the moment so if possible we need to get a destination coach - someone that players would want to play under, perhaps they’re languishing a bit at their current club and looking for a bit of passion and a chance to succeed in a new environment
And nope, I don’t know who. I was hoping you might…
Hmm, the problem is many on our list aren’t AFL standard and by extension I’d prefer Rowe deep forward or ball in hand entering 50 than some spuds in that team ‘holding shape’ last night. Guaranteed he’s not attempting a ‘MODRA’ on the wing, would likely finish a pressure free running goal inside 50, and not let a lace out mark with minutes to go fly through his hands. His son wasn't up to afl. Surprised we even drafted him tbh.
Rachele...I think some players will request trades if he isn’t gone this year.
Quite possibly.Rachele...
It would just be typical that they will come out and defeat Sydney next week. They will be trying to make amends or alternatively they will get belted.
Either way, I doubt it will be close whatever the result.
He was a fair bit better than Murphy, McHenry, Jones or Hamill in my humble opinion. His son wasn't up to afl. Surprised we even drafted him tbh.

Murphy, McHenry, Sholl, Hamill, Jones should never have been on our list as well. Our recruitment, list management, development, coaching, team selection, culture, lack of opportunities for younger players and the senior clique running the show are the reason we are sitting on 4wins.He was a fair bit better than Murphy, McHenry, Jones or Hamill in my humble opinion.
Playing a hell of a lot of midfield in the SANFL, he ain't a midfielder at AFL standard, not in his wildest dreams. Has it over most SANFL level players because he does have footy smarts most at that level don't.Why? He is playing the role he is known for.
For some reason, the coach wants them to play a role they weren’t doing when they were drafted. It is bizarre.
Would be one but sounds like he wants to go to TassieBuckley?
No it isn't ....Longmuir was lambasted from all qtrs ....plus they lost Schultz to COLL
Most FREO supporters wanted Longmuir axed ....instead he was re-signed and have turned it around
A team with 8-10 key players out cannot & will not be seen as a Coach failing .....judge a Coach on underperforming with a highly rated list
The footy dept is not stupid ....they know the impact of all these injuries on such a young group still
Nicks hasn't lost the players ....the AFL mainstays of the team all played their hearts out .....whilst others showed their limited futures
Nicks game calls for high workrate, and taking on dangerous kicks .....there were 3-4 players last night that essentially broke the system, and caused teammate to run out of position
Hamill's fumbles & costly mistakes, just stamped his papers ....I'd say Berry is gone as well ....and Laird is a real issue
This is all too familiar to last year when you guys beat Port and Power supporters were praying the Swans smashed Port the following week. Port won and it kick started their winning streak! I wouldn’t be surprised if the Crows got up and won.
Even roo said injuries weren't an excuse because richmond are hit hard too.It is funny how people were joking about the club using recent injuries as an excuse for poor performance this season, even though the list was healthy during 0-4. Then out comes the resident chief boot licker with his usual mental gymnastics pushing that exact line of thinking (being generous here).
No one wants excuses just resultsEven roo said injuries weren't an excuse because richmond are hit hard too.
Usually I would agree..... but we are worse than previous. Over the last 2 week we are playing as bad as we have in 6 years. It would just be typical that they will come out and defeat Sydney next week. They will be trying to make amends or alternatively they will get belted.

I'm surprised nicks would rather a paycheck and risk humiliation. The next month could get really ugly.Usually I would agree..... but we are worse than previous. Over the last 2 week we are playing as bad as we have in 6 years.
Sydney by 60+
Nicks to be Booed off the ground by the 10 supporters that stuck it out till the end.
Tex and Rankine back will make a difference, I doubt we lose last night with those two fully fit (not that a win matters anyway). Can’t see Sydney game being a blowout, it’s such a typical Crows game to do well in but still fall short by a goal or two.Usually I would agree..... but we are worse than previous. Over the last 2 week we are playing as bad as we have in 6 years.
