Getting rid of Burgess and his salary (whilst surely not high) was also potentially one of the reasons GC agreed to the pick swap that ultimately let us trade up for Curtin.

Nick's is not impressive. He lacks appeal which explains why our only recruits have been homesick players and bottom tier coaches.

The "and" links the two statements, it's ok, you can admit you thought there was something there.

I tell what Nicks has done, he has won games that in the past we would never have won. We have had some pretty specials wins. next year is make or break for him. he could be gone by the bye. This year could have been a tad different if Thilthorpe played from round 1

So the playing group aren't that bad. Nick just can't get them up to playing consistent,winning football.

Team first only works when the framework by which the team operates isn't shit. Where what the team values has worth in reality. The results aren't exactly on the teams side here.
