Welcome to White Line Fever...I'm ready to take your calls (from the afterlife)

All jokes aside, it was a real shame to lose Grybas. He was so much better than most of the other muppet commentators going around now. Would have loved to have seen him host a revamped White Line Fever this year.

Perhaps Ben Cousins or Chad Fletcher could take over that mantle.

Well looks like I'm signing up for foxtel. After seeing luke Darcy will be on seven I can't watch. That guy was an ordinary player who now thinks he knows everything. He's the only commentator that I want to rip his head off and shit down his neck.

You know what the problem (well okay... ONE of the problems) with TV commentary is these days?

Way way waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much pointless ****ing banter.

Bruce & Dennis are the worst, those old farts have to take time out from bantering to occasionally call the ****ing action.

Overall though its a trend thats crept into sports commentary in general and I absolutely hate it.
Stick to calling the game you egotistical bastards, the rest of us don't want to hear your personal opinons, lame jokes or moronic turns of phrase.

Agreed. I rate him slightly behind Tom Harley.

Is it because his voice sounds like coarse sandpaper being applied to a table tennis table or are there other reasons?

it is more that it is like watching a grade four kid read out loud and you can see his fellow commentators waiting patiently for him to stop before the grown ups can get back to their conversation.

SOS was a bit the same in the early days on 10
