Miles ahead O'Loughlin imo

Tough task. Personal bias to me says Long should be ahead of Winmar and O'Loughlin.
I'm not surprised you can't remember. The 1980 grand final include players like Wayne Delmenico, Deric Shaw, O'brien and Simon Outhwaite came on in the last quarter to kick 3 goals. A very young Brad Hardie came on in the 2nd quarter and kicked 3 goals. But seriously, have could you forget Basil.
Ray Bauskis?I'm trying to remember who our forward was.... I can remember lumbering Joe McKay in the backline, who later became my parent's financial advisor.
Listen to Hardie talk about Stephen Michael, he considers him the best footballer he's ever seen and would have killed in the AFL.No Stephen Michael? Guess he just meant AFL/VFL?
Are you as dopey as Sheehan?HAHA
Really how do you make a list thats only ten in number , you can't , I know how good Maurice was and I know Franklin is a freak like the Abbletts , but I have seen Cyril do magical things , I would have to have him in MY top ten , but you just keep remembering others , Its impossible , and it is true how can't you have both Krakouers' in the top ten, a must.No Jimmy Krakouer makes list a joke.
(Presuming absence of Stephen Michael is to do with it being AFL/VFL list)
Are you as dopey as Sheehan?

Pretty hard to split them on record IMO McLeod was more consistent but Wanganeen's best was superior, Both wonderful players and both Port Magpies
B- Gavin Wanganeen---Daryl White---Shaun Burgoyne
HB- Andrew McLeod---Steven Michael---Byron Pickett
C- Peter Matera---Maurice Rioli----Michael Long
HF- Jim Krakouer---Adam Goodes---Nicky Winmar

Cyril could replace a Krakoeur, not sure who was the better one of the two.
Half of them from WA.

Absolutely agree...Aboriginal is Aboriginal...No "Full-blood", "Half-blood" etc etc!! It is about identity and acceptance. Many contracts and forms have a section asking if you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander so it'd probably be based on that.
The suggestion you need to be "full blood" to identify with a race is absurd.
