Yep.Well, guess it's officially RIP now. But I still think it was days ago with an implosion.
Yep.
Except for the banging.

Whats wrong with Boo-eees?Periodic reminder the Americans can't pronounce buoys.
I ****ing tried thoughI didn't win powerball but I still feel pretty lucky
How does this guy know where titan is?
I don’t know how much is bullshit, but this is good reading if you’re down the rabbit hole.
Yep he seems to think they know when Titan is, if true just a matter of how quickly they can find it, raise it from the sea and if there are any survivors.

Only way there's survivors is if they decided one or more weren't making it back.Yep he seems to think they know when Titan is, if true just a matter of how quickly they can find it, raise it from the sea and if there are any survivors.
Hopefully the banging at 30 min intervals were the crew taking turns slamming the CEOs head against the side of the sub.....Only way there's survivors is if they decided one or more weren't making it back.

The fascination exists for a reason. I don't think there is anything wrong with exploring a ship wreck or extreme exploration in general.I hope the families of those on board have the support they need at the moment.
..
Regardless of the outcome of this vessel, I hope that in future expeditions to the wreck site discontinue. The site is essentially a mass grave in which a total nightmare cocktail of factors went wrong leading to the intense suffering of a lot of people.
I don’t think it would be wise, or a very pleasant thing to do, for anyone else to attempt to visit this site.
The area has been heavily mapped. Differences in future mappings should find the sub you would think. Possibly not if they are literally caught up in the wreckage.Sad that this will now be a recovery mission rather than a rescue mission but not surprising, it would've taken a miracle for them to have been rescued.
I wonder if the sub will ever be found now or if it will end up like MH370, if they couldn't find a big plane I don't like their chances of finding a little sub.
I mentioned early on in the MH370 thread here that they may never find the plane, that was scoffed at but it's almost 10 years later and it's still missing
