Depends - there are a lot of pub owners who will back the customer over the staff, love the attention and adulation of footy stars, and themselves consider sleazing on the bar staff to be a perk of the job.

I have no doubt. These guys were mostly uniform, but there were a few senior blokes from an infamous old squad, reckon the evidence locker was pretty light that week.

No, anti-dobbing culture comes from the fact you’re dobbing to the most powerful entity you can find and thus siding with power.
Rape specifically is a problem here above others, because it's a uniquely traumatic experience that a lot of people - particularly, but not exclusively women - carry with them while they try and go about their day to day lives.
And therein, I admit, would be where the rubber meets the road in this situation.
