TIMELINE

Thursday 16 February:
Service revolver obtained for user pays event. Was stored at mother's as per regulations.

Sunday 19 February: User pays event.

Monday 20 February: The murders at Baird's Paddington rental.

Monday 19 February: Police have alleged gunshots were heard from a house in Paddington, Sydney in the morning. Four minutes after the first shots were fired there was a 000 call made from Jessie's phone around 9.45am, but it disconnected. Police said there was "no communication" during that call.

Monday evening: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon hired a white Hiace van from Sydney Airport.

Tuesday 20 February: Police have alleged that partial admissions were made by Lamarre-Condon to an acquaintance of having been involved in the death of two individuals.

Service revolver was returned to Balmain & later transferred to original storage.

Wednesday 21 February: Bloodied clothing belonging to both victims and an $8000 watch were found in a skip bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla. Police launch a missing persons investigation and the homicide unit is notified

Later same Wednesday: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon attended the Bungonia area with an acquaintance who police believed assisted him in purchasing an angle grinder and padlock from a local hardware store in that area, before driving to a rural property in Bungonia.

Police said the "small" angle grinder was used to sever a padlock from the gate of that particular rural property and then that padlock was replaced with a padlock purchased from the hardware store.

The acquaintance was left at the top of the property for 30 minutes. The accused disappeared for that period in the Hiace van, returning to pick up the acquaintance and then they returned to Sydney later that afternoon. Police said the acquaintance was assisting them in their inquiries, that she is not a suspect, and they believe she was an "innocent agent".

Wednesday 11pm: Police have said that evening, weights were purchased from a department store by the accused and it is believed that the accused returned to that rural property overnight and during that evening, having also acquired two torches from the acquaintance.

Thursday 22 February: Police have alleged they can place the accused leaving the Bungonia area again at 4.30am. "It would appear that the accused has remained in the city area, still in control of the white Hiace van, before attending a further acquaintance's premises in the Newcastle area and without fully disclosing any criminality, asked access to a hose to clean that van," Hudson said.

Friday 23 February: At 10.39am, Lamarre-Condon presents himself at Bondi Police Station where he was arrested and subsequently charged.

Sorry for not reading the last 20 pages before posting, only been following along a little bit. What do we know of the cop's motivations?

Is there any evidence DV rates are higher in the police force? I thought they were lower. DV is along with drugs probably THE biggest focus for police forces in this country. They get it, obviously. Royal commission ToR needs to be DV in Australia.
I didn't say DV rates were 'higher' in police force. DV exists within the police force. It is covered up. And DV victims are reluctant to report DV to police. There are plenty of articles on the stats of police who have been accused of, charged, convicted of DV in each state of Australia.

Yes, I'm aware of that, it's tragic. It won't be minimised until DV across Australia is addressed, Police are just people, they have the same issues as everybody else, but probably less criminal issues, generally speaking. I don't think it's fair to say that the Police, for the most part, are not doing everything they can to combat DV. They are hamstrung by limits on their powers and weak courts IMO.

Jealousy, self-delusion, revenge, hatred (of Davies), love (of Baird).
And no one knows anything about the interactions and conversational exchanges between the three, either on the day or beforehand. Whether threats were made, insults thrown. Instability of BL's mind. Not excuses but all combined to supercharge the situation out of hand.

The police are clearly part of the chain within reporting and dealing with DV. If it's not even acknowledged within their own organisation and victims of DV are reluctant to report DV to the police or feel supported & protected by them, they clearly are a part of the problem. Imo.

Clearly a LOT of people DO report DV to the police. It's definitely a probem that some do not want to or feel that they can't. I would say the police aren't as efective as what is required, rather than they are "part of the problem". That sounds like you're blaming the police for DV.

I'm not blaming police for DV. Just as I didn't say it was 'higher' in the police force. But clearly they are part of the problem. As is the media, the courts, society, etc, in general.

I totally blame the perpetrators and their attitude of control, ownership & perceived power over their victims.

At least one woman a week gets murdered by an ex/partner in this country...many of which never reported any DV to the police. And these were people who were murdered. One can only imagine how many instances of DV does not get reported. Threats, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, stalking, intimidation, harassment, etc etc etc.

Yes, okay, I understand now, agreed, the Police need to be part of work to be done and, hopefully, a solution.

Sounds like it could have been the perfect job to meet the accused's needs, if he hadn't just gone and (allegedly) murdered 2 people.
Working up close and personal with celebs and VIPs.

Although his reported moves to pursue a career as an actor might be a sign that he knew his days working for NSW Police were numbered.

'This masthead can also reveal Lamarre-Condon, who worked as a youth officer, was just a week away from starting training for the Protection Operations Unit.' That unit oversees security of politicians, diplomats and other public dignitaries, and would have put Lamarre-Condon up close and personal with celebrities.

'Celeb chaser-turned cop Beau Lamarre-Condon made moves to pursue a new career in acting just days before he allegedly murdered his ex-boyfriend, Channel Ten presenter Jesse Baird, and his new partner, Luke Davies.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal Lamarre-Condon, 28, contacted an acquaintance who works in the entertainment industry two weeks ago asking for help putting together a showreel - a short video showcasing an actor's previous work.

Lamarre-Condon told his contact he wanted a demo tape for acting work, having set up a secondary Instagram for his creative pursuits under the name 'Beau
London', which described the senior constable as an 'actor based in Sydney'.

It would be interesting to know something about who the accused's before and after legal counsel was, and if either of them were legal aid?

'Bodies of murdered NSW couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies transferred to morgue

'After changing legal counsel, the NSW constable accused of taking their lives with his police-issued Glock pistol, Senior Constable Beau Lamarre-Condon, revealed the site to two detectives in Silverwater prison on Tuesday.'

Commissioner Webb told Nine police had spoken again with Lamarre-Condon after he received new counsel.
“I understand he engaged new counsel yesterday (Wednesday) and there had been a shift and we reacted immediately,” she said.'

'The deluded fantasy world of Beau Lamarre-Condon'

'February 28, 2024 — 5.00am
...
Like many people who curate their image on social media, Lamarre-Condon’s real life was nowhere near as glamorous. He grew up in Kirrawee, deep in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.

His mother, Colleen, is a former police officer. His father, Raymond, is a security guard in the Northern Rivers but they separated when Lamarre-Condon was in primary school.

He has one sister, Jamila, who used to work as a radio dispatcher for the NSW Police Force but was fired for refusing to get the COVID vaccination while she was pregnant. She failed in a bid to get the Industrial Relations Commission to overturn the decision.

Jamila is close to a finance industry uncle, a Catholic school principal aunt and their children, who live in Grays Point on the fringes of the Sutherland Shire.

Records show she lived with them briefly. Lamarre-Condon may have been close to the family, too. Seven News reported he visited this uncle shortly before he turned himself in to police on Friday.

So any of the more knowledgeable posters here want to say if NSW Pol do any background checks on prospective employees?

This dude worked at Big W while posting pictures of himself with Louis Vuitton bags in private jets, ran a blog about all the celebrity farts he sniffed, pretended he was hanging out with most famous people in the world.

Surely after he tasered an innocent man in the face they'd have done a little bit of "investigating" on the ****in' nutcase they armed?

NSW Pol getting off very lightly by the media here.

I mean I had to hand over my insta/facebook for a ****in' internship one time.
Edit: thankfully, they didn't ask about my bigfooty account lol.

Was the accused moonlighting as a sex worker?

And how could a fake profile for him be up since Nov 2022 and him not be aware of it?
How did the media get hold of it?

Maybe he was using the profile to scam potential overseas clients out of $$$ and never actually meeting up with any of them provide services. Or possibly just online services.

'Inside alleged killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon’s lavish double life'

February 28, 2024 - 1:23PM
...
In a strange development, it’s believed the accused killer was also the victim of identity theft, with a sex worker’s website describing him as a French escort offering erotic massages.

“Stately and handsome elite gigolo,” the seemingly fake profile, listed under the name Marcel, reads.

“He likes to take care of himself, so he always looks presentable, stylish and has a pumped-up body.

“He travels a lot around the world, knows languages, goes to restaurants and nightclubs. Provides services to wealthy girls. Guarantees confidentiality and a lot of vivid impressions.”

The profile wrongly lists his age as 34, says he speaks three languages and lives in Bolivia.

In one photograph shared on the escort site, he is seen standing topless in the Italian town of Portofino, while another appears to show him sitting inside a private jet alongside a Hermes bag and blanket.

'PUBLISHED: 00:19 AEDT, 28 February 2024 | UPDATED: 01:21 AEDT, 28 February 2024'

In a bizarre twist, Daily Mail Australia can reveal several photos posted on Lamarre-Condon's Instagram were also published on a male sex worker's online profile.

The profile appears to be fake and it is likely Lamarre-Condon's images were used without his permission.

'Stately and handsome elite gigolo,' the profile, under the name Marcel, reads.

'He likes to take care of himself, so he always looks presentable, stylish and has a pumped-up body.

'He travels a lot around the world, knows languages, goes to restaurants and nightclubs. Provides services to wealthy girls. Guarantees confidentiality and a lot of vivid impressions.'

'The page, which features photos of Lamarre-Condon in a private jet next to an Hermès bag (valued between $11,000 - $60,000) and in Budgy Smugglers at a plush hotel on Italy's Amalfi Coast, describes him as a Frenchman based in Bolivia.

He is listed as a 34-year-old heterosexual, fluent in Spanish, English and French, who is interested in servicing women as an 'escort' and with 'erotic massage', with prices ranging from US$350 (AU$530) an hour to US$1,200 (AU$1,830) a day.

The profile was registered in November 2022 and has been viewed 600 times.'

(The laughing was in relation to your big footy account quip)

I honestly don’t know if they do social media checks or not. But if they did, I wouldn’t think someone posing with designer bags & private jets would be cause for concern?

If there was aggressive hate speech or posting incoherent ramblings at weird hours, then that would be cause for concern.

They do have to sit and do psychological testing. Sure, some fall through the cracks, Rod Podesta being one that I was actually stationed with for a period of time.

It’s not perfect, no.

But for every Lamarre-Condon & Rod Podesta there are literally hundreds (if not thousands) who would have their application rejected on psychological grounds.

I'm going to assume there are background checks as per any job. The economy has been near or at capacity for a long time now, it's hard to find people. Employers haven't been able to be as selective when hiring, espcially lower-paid jobs.

The media needs to stop reporting this pos as Jesse's ex boyfriend/partner. He wasn't. He was a one night stand who couldn't take no for an answer.

In fact, the media needs to stop reporting on this pos altogether. Who cares what his plans were. He's a double murderer.

Far from innocent.
He seems to be a career crim with his main actions being break and enter, assault and domestic violence.
Yes the tasering did apear excessive but:

The person (Kris Lovelock / Bradshaw):

Sorry, just new to this and haven't read every post.

I think I read that he took the bodies of the two people he killed (accompanied by a friend) to a remote area and then drove the friend home. Presumably, he then went back there and moved the bodies to another area. And following this, he went to a Police Station and turned himself in, but declined to tell where the bodies were?? Can this be correct?

Yes, it’s all in the timeline above. (Which needs updating, btw.) Then he got a lawyer who presumably advised him to tell where the bodies were, which he did.
