TIMELINE

Thursday 16 February:
Service revolver obtained for user pays event. Was stored at mother's as per regulations.

Sunday 19 February: User pays event.

Monday 20 February: The murders at Baird's Paddington rental.

Monday 19 February: Police have alleged gunshots were heard from a house in Paddington, Sydney in the morning. Four minutes after the first shots were fired there was a 000 call made from Jessie's phone around 9.45am, but it disconnected. Police said there was "no communication" during that call.

Monday evening: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon hired a white Hiace van from Sydney Airport.

Tuesday 20 February: Police have alleged that partial admissions were made by Lamarre-Condon to an acquaintance of having been involved in the death of two individuals.

Service revolver was returned to Balmain & later transferred to original storage.

Wednesday 21 February: Bloodied clothing belonging to both victims and an $8000 watch were found in a skip bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla. Police launch a missing persons investigation and the homicide unit is notified

Later same Wednesday: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon attended the Bungonia area with an acquaintance who police believed assisted him in purchasing an angle grinder and padlock from a local hardware store in that area, before driving to a rural property in Bungonia.

Police said the "small" angle grinder was used to sever a padlock from the gate of that particular rural property and then that padlock was replaced with a padlock purchased from the hardware store.

The acquaintance was left at the top of the property for 30 minutes. The accused disappeared for that period in the Hiace van, returning to pick up the acquaintance and then they returned to Sydney later that afternoon. Police said the acquaintance was assisting them in their inquiries, that she is not a suspect, and they believe she was an "innocent agent".

Wednesday 11pm: Police have said that evening, weights were purchased from a department store by the accused and it is believed that the accused returned to that rural property overnight and during that evening, having also acquired two torches from the acquaintance.

Thursday 22 February: Police have alleged they can place the accused leaving the Bungonia area again at 4.30am. "It would appear that the accused has remained in the city area, still in control of the white Hiace van, before attending a further acquaintance's premises in the Newcastle area and without fully disclosing any criminality, asked access to a hose to clean that van," Hudson said.

Friday 23 February: At 10.39am, Lamarre-Condon presents himself at Bondi Police Station where he was arrested and subsequently charged.

His sister lost her job for not getting vaccinated, not sure that speaks to anything.

Hundreds of doctors and nurses in the same boat, doesn’t necessarily imply anything.

She could have got an exemption, I think there might be more to the story and if there is, someone will find it.

Maybe, maybe not, I’ve no idea what the circumstances.

But even if it went beyond that, that in and of itself doesn’t make her complicit in what her brother did.

It doesn't make her complicit in any way but people are going to look at her work history and if there's anything else there that sticks out, like there was with Lamarre, the question of how he and possibly she, got on to the force in the first place will get a bit harder to answer.

Forensic procedure = drug test?
EDIT: Or only a DNA test.

'The officer was initially not expected to appear in Waverley Local Court on Friday afternoon after his lawyer advised he was undertaking a forensic procedure.'

OMG, this get's worse.

So was he attached to St George Police Area Command (HQ at Kogarah)?

'This masthead can reveal Lamarre-Condon was based at the Youth Command in the city’s south.

Lamarre-Condon’s role saw him frequently attend schools around suburbs including Rockdale, Kingsgrove and Bexley.

Youth engagement officers serve as a main point of contact between schools, community groups and NSW Police.

Lamarre-Condon’s role was to run programs with children that steered them away from antisocial behaviour, or to find families whose children were chronically absent.'

What do you mean 5 hour window? Think they gave like a 17hr 30min window lol.

12am-5.30pm to be more exact.
I think I found where the 5 hour window came from.

Seeing as how I listened to what I recall was the Police press conference where this came from, I'll try go find a recording of it to see which media misreported the am/pm.

Police allege Mr Lamarre-Condon killed the two men at Mr Baird’s Paddington home in Sydney’s inner-east sometime between 12am and 5.30am on Tuesday morning and then used a hired white van to transport and dispose of their bodies.

Edit: No mention of the 12:00 - 5:30 (am or pm) in yesterdays Police Press conference (including the media Q&A)

Very sad, you’d think a psychological assessment would not let campaigners like this through the gate, but unfortunately hiring practices are currently compromised with utter bullshit. And you can’t complain to them - they don’t come to the office anymore to suffer with you
It's gonna get worse.
Cops are leaving the NSW force in droves and they are gonna be struggling for staff so I'd say they'll start taking more deplorables.

Oh well, at least the accused wasn't in any Domestic Violence Units, which would have been nearly as bad as being a Youth Engagement Officer.
The police force already have issues dealing with DV without Lamarre anyway.

I'm now thinking that there's possibly more Photoshop than Roids in the buff photos of the accused.

The caption to the below shot of him in Today's Daily Tele says it's his Hinge dating profile pic.

The article also names both his mother and sister and reports on why his sister was sacked from the force.

Russell Manser on tiktok said he will get looked after in prison, no one will be allowed near him.
That’s standard. Anyone likely to draw hostile attention from other prisoners is usually placed in protective custody - cops, child killers or molesters, anyone famous or notorious, gay people.

I feel for the police doing their job under difficult circumstances who have laid charges but face scrutiny as a 'force', due to patriarchy or looking after their mates. Lamarre-Condon has obviously committed a heinous crime and if he gets off it would be OJ Simpson level bewilderment. What must be a difficult and awkward case for anyone doing their job given the higher ups that are the parents of the perp, I think they have done the right thing to lay charges this quickly. It seems like a mountain of evidence stacked up against Lamarre-Condon and he'll suffer a pretty awful existence for at least the next twenty years.

See 9news item video embedded at top of the below for reference to a young female neighbour of Jesse Baird's saying

"I just arrived back on monday night just after work, probably like just after five (5) and just heard the music blaring. Yeah, it was just a bit out of the ordinary, that's all."

Assuming the noise she referred to was actually coming from the Paddington crime scene home, this helps explain why the timeline of the window of their alleged murders at the property was up until 5:30pm.

The music could have been both to make it look like someone who lives their was home at that time, and/or to cover up the sound of whatever the alleged murderer was doing to prepare the bodies for removal. Like possibly dismembering them. Or even cover up human sounds from either the murderer or any victim still alive. lest they be picked up on any nearby home security cameras triggered as residents nearby returned home from work or studies.

Brilliant song, possibly DM best. There have been a few good covers, Johnny Cash, Broken Peach, Def Leppard and as this is a crime forum Marylyn Manson's cover needs to be mentioned. Given the allegations against him it's pretty creepy when he sings the first line 'Reach and touch me'. In fact, it's such a good song, it would be hard to do a bad cover. Sorry for being OT. End

About that Glock. FrankGrimes

And confirmation of where Lamarre-Condon was based. In the Shire (Miranda), and not St George Area Command.

So did he actually perform any Policing duties at a Sunday pro-Palestinian rally in the CBD?

Balmain Police Station now in the spotlight for where he reportedly dropped the gun off on Tuesday morning.

Daily Tele getting so many scoops and leaks they'll need a bigger desert bowl and umbrella soon.

Accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly told his superiors he was doing an overtime “user pays” job for a private client to get access to his police firearm.

The Daily Telegraph has been told that last Sunday, Constable Lamarre-Condon checked the weapon out of Miranda station, where he was based, to perform duties at a pro-Palestinian rally in the CBD which the organiser was paying the NSW Police Force for its services.

Performing a user pays shift gives an officer more autonomy than when they are on normal duties and sometimes assigned to a team or partner when they leave the station.

Police allege that between midnight on Monday and 5pm that day, Constable Lamarre-Condon, 28, fired the weapon at least once inside the Paddington home of his one-time lover and television presenter Jesse Baird, 26.

Mr Baird and boyfriend Luke Davies, 29, were both allegedly murdered by the officer inside the Brown St home that day. Their bodies have not been found.

On Tuesday morning, when he was rostered on for duties at his usual station, Constable Lamarre-Condon allegedly dropped the gun back to Balmain police station which was close to where he lived with his mother. He then called in sick for the day.

Police will allege he spent that day discarding the two men’s bodies, as well as their bloodied clothes and personal items which were found on Wednesday morning dumped in a skip bin in Cronulla.

Constable Lamarre-Condon was charged on Friday with two counts of murder, and remains behind bars on remand where he is allegedly refusing to speak to homicide detectives.

Police sources said a review was underway of Constable Lamarre-Condon’s claim he was doing a user pays shift, and also of his psychological profiling which allowed him entry to the force in 2018.

The Daily Telegraph can reveal Constable Lamarre-Condon often posted photos of himself wearing his gun on social media, which is understood to be a breach of the police media policy.

In one recent picture, Constable Lamarre-Condon posed alongside another person who appears to be a colleague, both in plain-clothes and with their guns visible on their hips.

“Wednesday,” he captioned the photo posted on his Instagram account.

Refusing to tell police where the bodies are, could he be anymore of a f/wit ?

No.

Meanwhile, his colleagues are on their hands and knees looking for them, crawling through broken glass in shallow run offs and waterways

could he be anymore of a f/wit ?
And of course, the answer to that question is a resounding yes. See below article.

'Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly sent texts from victim’s phone days after he was already dead

A police officer turned accused murderer allegedly sent messages from his victim’s phone days after he had already died.

February 25, 2024 - 9:52AM

The man accused of committing a double homicide in Sydney’s inner east allegedly sent multiple text messages from the phone of one of his victims, suggesting he was moving to Perth, days after he was already dead.

Two text messages were allegedly sent from former Channel 10 reporter Jesse Baird’s phone by NSW police officer and accused killer, Beau Lamarre-Condon, telling the alleged murder victim’s housemates he was moving interstate, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The messages reportedly led police sources to believe Mr Baird was still alive.

In the first message sent to Mr Baird’s housemates, Mr Lamarre-Condon allegedly said he intended to put furniture into storage as he was moving to Perth on Thursday.

In the second message he reportedly told the housemates to put the property, including a bed head, out onto the street.

The week before the text messages were sent, Mr Baird’s housemates had reportedly “kicked” him out due to the “messy state” he had left the Paddington property in and told the former entertainment reporter that cleaners would be coming to the property on Thursday.
...
A police source said the messages appeared to be “quite an amateur attempt at creating a story so people would not be suspicious when the victim never returned home,” according to The Daily Telegraph.
...
“They (the messages) made us think they were still alive,” another officer reportedly said.

The DM comes up trumps with an exclusive from an ex-inmate on what likely awaits the accused in jail.
