TIMELINE

Thursday 16 February:
Service revolver obtained for user pays event. Was stored at mother's as per regulations.

Sunday 19 February: User pays event.

Monday 20 February: The murders at Baird's Paddington rental.

Monday 19 February: Police have alleged gunshots were heard from a house in Paddington, Sydney in the morning. Four minutes after the first shots were fired there was a 000 call made from Jessie's phone around 9.45am, but it disconnected. Police said there was "no communication" during that call.

Monday evening: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon hired a white Hiace van from Sydney Airport.

Tuesday 20 February: Police have alleged that partial admissions were made by Lamarre-Condon to an acquaintance of having been involved in the death of two individuals.

Service revolver was returned to Balmain & later transferred to original storage.

Wednesday 21 February: Bloodied clothing belonging to both victims and an $8000 watch were found in a skip bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla. Police launch a missing persons investigation and the homicide unit is notified

Later same Wednesday: Police have alleged Lamarre-Condon attended the Bungonia area with an acquaintance who police believed assisted him in purchasing an angle grinder and padlock from a local hardware store in that area, before driving to a rural property in Bungonia.

Police said the "small" angle grinder was used to sever a padlock from the gate of that particular rural property and then that padlock was replaced with a padlock purchased from the hardware store.

The acquaintance was left at the top of the property for 30 minutes. The accused disappeared for that period in the Hiace van, returning to pick up the acquaintance and then they returned to Sydney later that afternoon. Police said the acquaintance was assisting them in their inquiries, that she is not a suspect, and they believe she was an "innocent agent".

Wednesday 11pm: Police have said that evening, weights were purchased from a department store by the accused and it is believed that the accused returned to that rural property overnight and during that evening, having also acquired two torches from the acquaintance.

Thursday 22 February: Police have alleged they can place the accused leaving the Bungonia area again at 4.30am. "It would appear that the accused has remained in the city area, still in control of the white Hiace van, before attending a further acquaintance's premises in the Newcastle area and without fully disclosing any criminality, asked access to a hose to clean that van," Hudson said.

Friday 23 February: At 10.39am, Lamarre-Condon presents himself at Bondi Police Station where he was arrested and subsequently charged.

'The tattooed and dreadlocked sister of Beau Lamarre-Condon was the accused killer cop's trusty sidekick when the pair chased celebrities across Sydney, Daily Mail Australia can reveal.

Camila Lamarre-Condon, 25, was frequently seen alongside her brother at celebrity haunts as the Hollywood-obsessed siblings stalked stars for selfies to post on social media.

But she has now wiped her Facebook posts after she was confronted by a neighbour of one of the men her brother is alleged to have murdered - after she made a bizarre request as detectives were searching for their bodies.
...
Ms Lamarre-Condon is currently registered as living at a unit in Zetland, in the city's inner-south, but joined the Facebook community group for Nimbin, the hippy commune town 750km north of Sydney, on Monday.

Bizarre online request alleged killer's sister made

As police divers scoured the remote dams of Bungonia in vain for any trace of the missing men while detectives searched nearby bushland, Ms Lamarre-Condon made a bizarre request online.

She asked the group for advice on clearing an acre of bush which was overgrown with grass and weeds.

But when she was challenged about her relationship to her brother, heavily tattooed and dreadlocked Ms Lamarre-Condon deleted her post and locked down her Facebook account.

She had only joined the Nimbin group on the Monday she made her post, but coincidentally it was spotted by a neighbour of Mr Baird's.

'It seemed strange to me that she was posting about something so insignificant, days after her brother was charged with double murder,' said the neighbour.

'I responded to the comment saying, "Aren't you Beau's sister?" to which she quickly deleted the post.

'She deleted the post as soon as I asked about Beau. I’m not sure why I confronted her but I was just really surprised at her post.

The accused should get someone like this Grays Point based Criminal Defence Lawyer to defend him.

Surprise surprise, Emerson Lamarre is the accused's cousin according to the below article a few days ago.

Documents obtained exclusively by The Sydney Morning Herald reveal the senior constable had seemingly lost touch with reality in a sleep-deprived haze just as Baird’s mother pointed police toward an alleged stalker named “Beau”.

“This morning I was floating in a dam,” Beau Lamarre-Condon told a friend on February 22.
“I am me, but it’s not me”.
“I have to get this sorted and clean up my mess.”

It had been three days since the senior constable allegedly shot the couple at the Paddington terrace with his police-issued Glock on Monday, February 19.

The alleged killer hadn’t slept since, he allegedly told his friend, and wasn’t sure “what was a dream, and what was real”.
...
At 9:54am a brief phone call was made from Davies’ phone to triple zero. The operator heard a male voice shout: “Get out, f--- off,” before it cut out, the documents claim.
...
The police document says Baird’s housemates, at 5:40pm, exchanged messages and photographs of their back courtyard documenting a blood-stained outdoor lounge and two large bags; one housemate approached and touched a bag, later telling police the contents were lumpy and the pavers beneath were stained red.

The following day, a message from Baird’s phone went to the housemates.

“I’ve hired an Air Tasker to come and collect my things. I’ve got to get someone with a van for my bed,” the text allegedly read.

A van did show up on Brown Street – police claim Lamarre-Condon rented a white Toyota HiAce 12 hours after shooting the couple and used it to move their bodies.

“I said to myself that I have to get this sorted and clean up my mess.”

Two hours later, a witness saw a man emerge from a white vehicle in an alley in Cronulla, unloading items into a skip and then driving off.

A police canvass the next day found Davies’ licence, credit card and watch, a bloodied doona and a bag labelled “BAIRD, Jesse”.

Police rushed to Brown Street and burst in to find three cleaners mopping up blood stains.

Forensic officers would go on to unearth a bullet stuck in the kitchen floorboards, a blood-soaked tarpaulin inside a trap door in the home’s kitchen, and a spent casing from atop a cabinet.

When police contacted Baird’s mother to tell her of their concerns, she allegedly said her son was being stalked by an ex-police officer named “Beau”, who was regularly turning up unannounced at her son’s home.

She believed that if something had happened to her son, “Beau would be responsible”, the police document claims.
...
As police searched, last Thursday Lamarre-Condon drove the white van to a friend’s home in Newcastle.

He said the van was full of blood and he needed to clean it – then asked if she had seen the news.

“They f---ing think it’s a police officer,” the friend told Lamarre-Condon.

Lamarre-Condon was panicked, the friend told investigators and said he had been floating in a dam that morning after driving more than two hours south with a different friend.

She couldn’t tell if the sleep-deprived Lamarre-Condon was “picturing” the scene or talking about reality.

“There was a dam. The body wouldn’t sink,” Lamarre-Condon allegedly said.

“The girl panicked…. I drove [her] home… then I drove back to the dam.

“I said to myself that I have to get this sorted and clean up my mess.”

“I am me, but it’s not me.

Sounds like it could have been the perfect job to meet the accused's needs, if he hadn't just gone and (allegedly) murdered 2 people.
Working up close and personal with celebs and VIPs.

Although his reported moves to pursue a career as an actor might be a sign that he knew his days working for NSW Police were numbered.

'This masthead can also reveal Lamarre-Condon, who worked as a youth officer, was just a week away from starting training for the Protection Operations Unit.' That unit oversees security of politicians, diplomats and other public dignitaries, and would have put Lamarre-Condon up close and personal with celebrities.

'Celeb chaser-turned cop Beau Lamarre-Condon made moves to pursue a new career in acting just days before he allegedly murdered his ex-boyfriend, Channel Ten presenter Jesse Baird, and his new partner, Luke Davies.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal Lamarre-Condon, 28, contacted an acquaintance who works in the entertainment industry two weeks ago asking for help putting together a showreel - a short video showcasing an actor's previous work.

Lamarre-Condon told his contact he wanted a demo tape for acting work, having set up a secondary Instagram for his creative pursuits under the name 'Beau
London', which described the senior constable as an 'actor based in Sydney'.
Probably just a bunch of deluded BS like the rest of his life.

Know someone from high school with similarities. Every few weeks he’s got some new amazing gig he’s about to undertake apparently.

None of it based in reality.

Hold on a second, what day did LC buy the second surfboard bag? Because this article says 2 surfboard bags seen on Monday night… and the housemates inspected it close enough to touch the bags….

You are right.
If you read closely though, the blue tarp has one body wrapped and then draped over the other, which one would presume it is draped over the one surfboard bag. That's how I figure it.

Also you have two distinct pools of blood in the house, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Is the following a possible scenario:
It's been reported that the sound of the gunshots is minutes apart.... so did B break into the house and heads straight to the bedroom shoots J in bed, with L possibly not being in bed at that exact time (bathroom possibly or getting dressed or getting a drink of water) he sees or hears what has happened and flees downstairs, (or is already downstairs) and is shot while ringing tripple 000 or there is a scuffle for the phone and then he is shot. I'm thinking with the two different area's in the house that that is a likely scenario.

I recall a media video showing it as the Tuesday.
But I would not trust the media timeline at this point in the investigation.

Good question
I think he bought the 2nd surf bag on the Monday during the day, a few hours after the murders as per this news com.au article :

In the second clip, about three hours after the alleged murders, Lamarre-Condon is shown walking into the same store but this time by himself.

He walks out with another surfboard bag.

Which article says blood in the bedroom? I can't find that. Only a doona. And in the kitchen, and outdoor lounge/area.

It says two large bags in the back yard and in the floorplan description the blue tarp configuration.
So did he buy the second surfboard bag and then return again to the house, that would be risky.

Also: B's Mother knew of the stalking but why does she think he is an ex-policeman? Was that the story that LC told B? Or is that B telling his Mother so to lessen her concerns?

"When police contacted Baird’s mother to tell her of their concerns, she allegedly said her son was being stalked by an ex-police officer named “Beau”, who was regularly turning up unannounced at her son’s home.'

In the chanel 9 report I think it was.

On the news report the newsreader says 'police officer' not ex police officer. So likely just a print error in the article.

He must have returned back to the house with the 2nd surf bag. He didn't seem concerned about risks, as he went back again with the van & moved the bodies. He was involving other people all the way through, which you would think would be the most risky,
even partially confessing. And he moved the bodies twice again.

Which article says blood in the bedroom? I can't find that. Only a doona. And in the kitchen, and outdoor lounge/area.

Channel 9 and Daily Tele reported blood in the bedroom, not sure I'm buying it though if Lamarre can obviously move real fast and could have bolted up the stairs in less than 3 seconds after shooting someone in the kitchen. The shots as reported to my ears were close together, if I interpreted them as a combination of 1 then 1 and 2 for a total of 3 shots.

Investigators said they found "blood staining" underneath the floorboards in the kitchen and in Baird's bedroom that was "consistent with a body bleeding heavily", as well as bullet holes and a .40 calibre cartridge in the kitchen.
Police will allege a phone call was made to triple zero from Davies' phone at the time of the alleged murders, with a male voice heard shouting "get out, f--- off" before the call was terminated.

Having re-listened to the Chanel 9 report the reporter say the Mother doesn't say ex-policeman he has her saying policeman...so already a conflict in the press as to facts.

Why don't Police issue a social media alert for any info for incidents like this, where they can't find the exact address it is coming from,
like they do for missing persons? Especially when they can here what is now documented as being heard on the other end of the line.

Ideally, shouldn't they door knock immediately around the area to find residents who are in and might have heard shouting, or gun shots and where they were coming from?

NSW Police were reported to have sent out officers soon after the incident to try find the address the 000 call came from.
So it's not as though they didn't make any attempt.

I guess that NSW Police is just not currently resourced well enough to do anything much more than what was currently done in this case.

It probably would not have taken long for a well trained person at the police station to have quickly found out
  • whose mobile service the 000 came from (assuming they have access to th
  • who Luke Davies current partner was
  • what the address of his current partner was (Jesse) and seen how close this was to the location of the 000 call.
when Emergency Services passed on to Police, the geo-location of where the mobile call to 000 came from.

So maybe they were both in the kitchen to start and Davies bolted up the stairs to the bedroom. I remember reading that there was one shot and then minutes before 2 in quick sucession. Either way that sound is recorded on the neighbours CCTV so it will help pin down a sequence.

Yeah, strange because they don't mention the bedroom at all in the 9 news story video.

Another detail they might have got wrong. Lamarre might have handled a doona to drag the bodies out or something and they've leapt from that to there being blood in the bedroom.
