No, that's fact with statistical data to support it.

Any claim that interstate teams have won premierships purely because the AFL wants them to do well, and backs them financially to do so. Especially when it comes to Brisbane and Sydney.

Yes that one is quite interesting. I hear the commentators mention this all the time, but as far as I can recall he often sprays them everywhere. I do watch a fair bit of Geelong (husband is a member). Great player though!

I don't want this to be about team loyalty however, other than the 'junk time' aspect of your comment it is basically spot on.

Becuase of Collingwood's fixture (not being a smart ass) I do actually get to see them play quite often and aside from the occasional brilliance Thomas does very little.

There isn't much myth about it.

That Warren Tredrea is Ben Rutten's b****. Rutten has only ever beaten Tredrea when Port have been smashed (eg last weekend as compared to the first Showdown of the season) and has always relied on help from Bassett and more recently Bock to complete the task.
