Lol at comparing the likely bottom 4 team getting Fyfe to the at-the-time still competitive Geelong getting Dangerfield....plus Lachie Henderson, Zac Smith and Scott Selwood.
You guys would be lucky to have the trade currency to get Fyfe, let alone be able to add 3 more additions the equivalent of the other 3 Geelong got with Danger, and you're looking like coming from much further back than they were when they got those 4.
Did you just come down in the last shower or something?....We already picked up Mitchell, O'Meara. Henderson & Vickery....Which would make Fyfe the cherry on top....And last I checked, free agents don't require any trade currency, unless the offer is matched....Which hasn't happened as yet.
More research required.

Yes but if you think adding Fyfe to that midfield will 1. Happen and 2. Fix anything then you're completely out of it, Fyfe in a midfield with Mundy Neale hill with Sandilands giving them first use every week isn't cutting it atm, so why would Fyfe in a midfield of Mitchell (who is playing good footy no doubt but nothing Mundy or Neale haven't produced) and a seriously unconvincing O'meara be much better? Especially when McEvoy is just about the worst ruck in the league for actual ruck contests
Lol, I'm embarrassed for you reading this post.
I'm talking about the fact that Geelong were a significantly better team in 2015 (when they won more games than they lost) than you guys are now.
Then they added all of Danger, Henderson, Smith and Scellwood to that very competitive team, so they were better, and added much more than you will if you only add Fyfe of note to what may be a bottom 3 team this year.
The fact that you've added those 4 from last year and are still 1-5 and getting regularly smashed is a big part of the problem. You need to add so much more than Fyfe to get back to the top 4 like Geelong were last year and you just don't have the trade currency to do so.
Finally, unless you offer Fyfe an insane amount of money, Freo will either match your offer, or threaten to, as Adelaide did, re Danger.

Geary can't get any worse than Mundy...
He's no old man Hurn that's for sure. At least Mundy's an above average footballer. Sadly the same can't be said for Geary..... or Hurn.

Terrible role model yes but good captain, a winning captain to... can't say the same for any Dockers captain as there has been many since 95' all unsuccessful
Nat wasn't on our list during the Wharfie era. I just don't think Fyfe wants to leave his spot as an AFL captain to sit behind the all inspiring Jarryn Geary.
I think the idea of being a good captain involves being a good role model. Ben cousins was the exact opposite of that, he is the last person i would want leading a team
Mundys a shit captain but a good player. Hes one of our like 10 All Australians so he's pretty good.
Who would be Freo's captain? Cupboard is pretty bare there.... possibly Zac Dawson?
