Yeah, get amongst it. Tis good fun, certainly beats playing random online matches that are full of cheese. Should be able to get lots of seasons in with 2k13 as well since this year we don't have to wait until the rookies have been signed to start up.

Hit up a bit of MyCareer last night and have had a good start to my career.
6'3 PG out of Duke. (Rated 65)
Rookie showcase was more SG figures, but whatever.
19-0-4 which was only enough to get me drafted @ 17 to the Mavs, not a bad landing spot really as i only have Collinson ahead of me.
First game of the season went for 11 points from 5 minutes, still got f all skill points for some reason though.
Second game of the season 5-1-3 from 5 minutes. Got great skill points so clearly its the team orientated stuff that helps your skills points.
I'm hanging to get home and have a few more games tonight.

Played all the key games for the Blazers then got the hell outta there after a year, asked for a trade with the Hornets, Grizzlies and Heat as my 3 preferences in that order...
A few games later and I taking my talents to South Beach lololol, now I will start playing more games and eventually bump Mario Chalmers out of the starting line up.

I'd say that's more from people who are buying VC with real money. I don't see why anyone would want to do that, takes all the fun out of building a team

amazing playing my player i get subbed in 20 seconds left on the clock down by two against the suns.
steph curry passes me the ball last possesion of the game 3 seconds left in the game drained a 3 from about 5 meters behind the 3 point line.
and this was my very 1st game of my player career too.
pretty stoked with that.

Only thing I have to say about 2k13 is...
I always considered ea sports fifa to be the best, most realistic representation of the sport it depicts....
NBA 2K13 just moved to the top of that list. Unbelievable game.

Can anyone who pre-ordered from JB Online tell me if the All Star stuff is separate to the actual game? Thinking of going and buying it tonight and using the mail ordered copy to exchange when it finally arrives but don't want to do it if I can't get the pre-order stuff without opening it.

Nearly finished my first year with Philly! Averaging 6.8ppg, 5.2rpg and 0.6bpg! (Playing only key games)
Got a career high of 30points, 13rebounds (5or, 8dr), 2assists, 1steal and 1block! Now I'm a Nike Rep!!!
I love when players intercept the ball with their backs to it.

i love them now took some time to warm to them but iso'ing with the new controls is sick you can breeze past defenders.

Reading about peoples myplayer starts is weird. I got I think 4 points 4 rebounds 2 blocks 2/8 shooting and got picked 13th. I probably should've gone undrafted. I even tanked my two non-Suns interviews because I was going to have to start behind Dirk and someone else good as a PF.

Could do that before without taking away the easy access to shooting.
I changed Right stick to default shooting, but it still doesnt feel right.
